Haynes Cleaning & RestorationI am extremely satisfied with the results. My carpets look so fresh and ALL the spots (pet accidents) are gone. They haven't reappeared after two months, as sometimes has happened in the past. There was no residue or odor. I allowed carpets to get thoroughly dry before walking on them. The white tile with white grout on the bathroom floors is impractical; the grout catches dirty water when the floor is mopped. Since Hayes worked on it, it sparkles. Hayes was recommended on Angie's List, backed up by social media input. I had been skeptical, because of dissatisfaction with previous attempts to use professionals, especially the large chains. I was satisfied in every way and will pay to have my carpets cleaned on a regular basis from now on. It freshened the entire apartment.- Carol P.

The chairs and the head rest and arm rests were cleaned and dried, as was the carpets in the 4 rooms. The process started at 10:00 AM, as scheduled, and finished about 12:30. At Maid to Perfection all the work we do is in-house, we do not sub other compaines out to do your work. Our maids and other employees are well trained, not fresh off the street.

My wife and I have been using Maid to Perfection for biweekly housecleaning for the past month-plus and have been favorably impressed by all aspects of our experience. Tim scheduled an appointment beforehand to tour our home and offer an estimate, which we felt to be entirely fair. We've since had multiple cleaning teams visit our house, which have uniformly been punctual, professional, and thorough. No complaints at all.
Also: not to name names, but an earlier negative review's description of less-than-professional conduct and shoddy preparation sounds suspiciously (right down to the "deep cleaning" term used) like our experience with another local cleaning company that -- not to name names -- uses a confusingly similar title. Our dissatisfaction with that company is what led us, thankfully, to Maid to Perfection, and we've been extremely happy with the switch.
