They were good. The thing I did not like about them was that they were a little bit early. My carpet had not been cleaned for about two years, and I liked that they did an excellent job. I will use them again and recommend them. The price was good because they did four rooms.

He is great. It is just a mom and pop operation; Dale Weixel owns it. As a matter of fact, he just won the Readers Choice award in Weatherford for his service. It is a franchise as in you have to buy into them but I can call him like 3 days before Christmas and tell Dale that I've got throw up on carpet or whatever and he will figure out a way, even though he will be booked, he will come at 8 o'clock at night to help me. He is really good.

THEY WERE VERY DETAILED, AND EXPLAINED THE CHARGES PRIOR TO DOING THE WORK. THEY ARRIVED WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO, AND FINISHED VERY FAST. THEY DIDN'T TRY TO SELL ME ANYTHING THAT I DID NOT WANT.
