"The technician was efficient and professional. The office did not advise me in advance of a 3 percent charge for the usage of a credit card to pay for the service. The office staff did not respond to multiple requests to confirm in writing the cost of the service. They did send an email to confirm the date and time of the scheduled appointment. The quoted price provided by the office did not mention the extra cost per square foot for a disinfectant to be added to the cleaning solution. I added this at the time of the cleaning because the previous owners had three dogs. Be sure to ask for all the costs up front."

He cut vines off a garage that had been there for 20 years, it was a mess, he trimmed it back close but not bare as I asked, next he removed a jasmine that was7-8 ft tall,15 ft. Long, 4 ft. Wide, big job, I wanted it gone, he dug out roots with a pick axe, very hard work, did it all with a smile! He was 10 min.
