"Sean came out in the cold and performed a thorough inspection of the attic and roof. Within a couple of days I was provided with a detailed description of the repairs that were needed and an itemized estimate of the costs. If we purchase the home, we will certainly use Advanced to do the repairs. They are professional, prompt and reliable. Thanks guys."

"Want to go on record to say that service was excellent from initial contact and a thorough timely evaluation and appraisal with supporting documentation. I found the work to be very professional and was done in an expedient fashion. Company was very transparent in pricing and I found their actual pricepoint to be more than fair for the final rendered report. That said, I would gladly use this company again if I had the need."

"Upon inspection, we were shown, via computer, the conditions currently existing and the manner in which AFS would proceed to correct the situation. The decision was made to proceed, a contract signed electronically and a deposit was requested and submitted. The inspector indicated he was having electronic difficulties; was unable to print a copy of the contract, but would submit it as soon as possible. This required several phone calls and a threat to cancel before a copy of the contract was received by email. When the crew arrived the foreman handed us a statement for the full amount of the contract. There was nothing indicated for the deposited amount. That required additional contacts by the foreman to correct the situation. (This was an extremely "shocking" development considering the previous circumstances regarding the paperwork!) The crew did what they could in replacing a pillar under the house but could not bring the floor back to level. They were afraid to use hydraulic jacks unless I would take responsibility for damage. They lifted the foundation approx. 3/4" on the southwest corner of the house bringing it back to level. The work done by the crew was totally acceptable and the foreman did a very good job when explaining exactly what was occurring. As requested by the foreman prior to their departure, , a check was submitted for the balance remaining."

"West Construction Services quickly responded and accurately identified the problem I was having with moisture. Taylor West demonstrated both skill and integrity. Excellent! I would call them again."

"Humidifier check, filter replacement and sump pump inspection. Logan was very professional and on-time! Logan explained everything in advance, answered all my concerns and performed a comprehensive inspection. Logan took his time to perform a quality inspection and even mopped the flooring on his hands and knees. A True professional. I was disappointed that the years of maintenance I prepaid for did not include the cost of the humidifier filter replacement. Also, received a quote to insulate around the perimeter of the inside of the crawlspace and was surprised of the high cost for the material and installation."

"They did a good work and they did the job in timely manner"

"My service tech was Chris W. He came in and did a thorough inspection of my system and recommended a few things I wasn't aware of. He was very polite and friendly, and quite knowledgeable of the system even recommending another system that I might check out. He cleaned up behind himself and did what I think is an excellent job. Kudos to you Chris."

"Mark did a great job and was very informative and thorough with his knowledge , inspection and testing. The results came back quickly and Mark explained everything to me and I would highly recommend him for any mold remediation or air quality job."
