Due to his experience, expertise, and integrity he noticed a large maple tree that unfortunately was deteriorated to the point it needed to come down. He took pictures and sent them to let us know but then left it up to us on how to proceed, no pressure just information. We were grateful for that and although we had not intended to include that in the scope of work we were doing knew it was best and safest to have him remove it.
