"It went perfectly. Len, the locksmith, explained what he was going to and why prior to doing the work (including any additional costs, and why). He was very quick and extremely courteous. The additional costs were less then I thought, and combined with what I paid through the deal on Angie's List, I was extremely pleased with all aspects of their service!! "A very thorough and professional job.  Even checked other windows.  This would have cost some $500 at the local dealer.  Also Madison Automotive requested a one week "bring back" to confirm service.  Excellent.  Note I now have my children going to Madison for service and they are also satisfied.

"I had a bit of trouble with my molding around the doors vs how the system was designed. The tech guy hung with me for 39 minutes until it was perfect. I called customer service a couple times after that with questions that came up. The customer service team are professional and knowledgeable."
