Michaels Tree Service

Don't call anyone else. These guys are the best, hands down. They removed 5 trees and stumps, cleaned up all limbs and sawdust, and dressed the ground when finished. Several of the trees were about 100 feet tall and very close to my house. Absolutely no damage at all to my home from the work. 100% satisfied and will definitely use their service in the future. These people really know what they are doing- no damage to my lawn or surrounding landscape.

Crew showed up on appointed days (2 day job). Crew was friendly but diligent to their duties. They went straight to work, took a lunch break and went straight back to work till late afternoon both days. They were extremely proficient at their jobs and obviously very experienced. They did everything we had asked and everything they agreed to. They did a thorough job of clean-up as well. We are very pleased and will call them again when the need arises.

Very well, met all expectations, stayed within cost estimate and cleaned up afterwards. Michael could do a better job keeping us informed but the team did so well that it did not make a difference. After doing business with them three times I trust them to do things on their own. This is a lake house and we are not there during the week so they are on their own most of the time.

Michael's did not show up on the first day promised, nor the day after and did not call to reschedule.  I called them to reschedule and left a voice message -- twice.  Finally, someone called and said someone would be out to do the work in the afternoon on 15 or 16 March 2013.  I told them that would be fine.  No one showed up on the 16th, and no one called.  It's now been nearly two weeks since the first on-site visit by Michael's, and there is still no work done.  Nor has anyone representing Michael's contacted me about the work since the one about the 15th/16th.  All of the communications/contact with Michael's have been cordial, courteous and business-like.

I give Michael's Tree Service all As. I will use him again if I needed to.
