"No complaints. The Technician was professional and completed the tasks in a professional manner. I used an Angies list coupon for one of the jobs and it was a fair price. The other TV was a little more. I used the Angies list service because I wanted to support local business people. I was surprised to find out the Tech was an independent contractor provided by a California company. A month or so later I needed another TV mounted. In addition to Hellotech I looked into another internet company that begins with "A" that provides local contractors for home repairs. The other service was quite a bit cheaper ($118) and the repair work was comparable. If I can't avoid national internet companies I might as well go for the cheapest."

"My home was a rental and upon returning home after several years the coaxial cable connections needed inspection/correction inside/outside and attic - and within each room - throughout the house. Chris (owner) was exceptionally helpful in determining what might need to be done before sending his expert technician. Chris (technician) rewired several rooms (upgrading cable) and tested all coaxial connections in every room to ensure all issues were corrected - and they were. "Wow, I spoke to representative who did not try to sell me anything just listened to what i wanted then gave me the best deal.
The equipment showed up in a cool box and is was simple to instal.  Literally, I just plugged in the gateway to a wall outlet, peeled off the adhesive and stuck the sensors on my doors and windows called for activation and it was done.   Now I can control my home from my cell phone.  Its super cool and I plan to add other devices like remote control lighting and a video camera.  Truly am pleased to say the least.  I always get nervous to order over the phone, but Skycover is the greatest.  I am a happy camper!"

"install was fine and timely.  The service and contract with ADT as well as having gone through a local installer has been a nightmare.  I've quoted and re-quoted the actual contract on numerous occasions.  ADT corporate has repeatedly tried to state my contract is 38 months although the contract is 3 years (36 months).  The quality of service for a service company is poor and I've decided to pay the cancellation fee rather than taking their services with me for my next home.

"Yvette Pringle provided courteous and professional feedback to me when I called to inquire about a new home security system.  My situation was unique because we were trying to find something that would work for a deaf person.  I appreciated that Yvette did her research to find out what would work.  She also offered different options in terms of a package and plan.  We did end up going with another company, but I really did want to recognize Yvette for her work.  She was very polite and helpful.
