"Wilson, the owner of EZR Building INC was great to work with. He’s a perfectionist who wants his customers to be satisfied with his and his team’s work and I was! I already recommended him to two friends and I’ll hire him again for future projects."

"Painted my outside shop. Found some rotted wood, showed it to me, and took it down while I went and got some new wood. Painted that and then put it back up. It was extremely hot but he hung right in there. The job was done professionally and on time. He cleaned my yard up like it was when he got here. I highly recommend him."

"Mr Webb's work is very good and my wife and I are very pleased with his work, cost and work time.  We have used Complete Home Repair for several small repairs this year and have always been very pleased.  He shows up when he says he will and gets the job done.  So when we planned this latest project, we did not hesitate to call them and in fact did not even think about any one else.
We have in mind some other projects around here and will certainly call them first.  We found Complete Home Repair on Angie's list and have even found others for HVAC etc.

"After he figured out where the leak was coming from, he found that the whole faucet needed to be replaced. Had to travel 15 minutes away just to get a new one.  Cleveland is a very little town. I had an appointment so I had to leave him by his self to complete job. When I got back home everything was done and it looked good and no longer leaks. Thank you so much.

"Tommy Smith, owner of River Valley Roofing and Construction is very responsive and dependable, someone who actually does what he says he will do. Communication is a real strength in having him as not only the project manager but a hands on participant in the work. He was on top of the job quality and progress. His finished job was perfect, just what he said he would do and in a very reasonable time frame. He is proud of his work and wants you to be satisfied inviting your feedback. We had almost given up hope of ever having a skilled conscientious craftsman like Tommy ever again due to our recent experiences but with Tommy you will get the best. Do not hesitate to contact him. You will probably want to thank me for telling you about him and his excellent company."

"We chose to wait for the new buyers of our house if they want new carpeting. We had to rule out laminate flooring because it would be different compared to the foyer and kitchen."

Deck Staining questions, answered by experts

If you have wood decking, there are several common deck problems that you might encounter. For example, your natural wood boards may fade over time due to things like sunlight, weather, and debris. On top of that, some types of wood decking can rot, grow mold, and attract destructive pests—including termites, carpenter ants, and woodpeckers.

Exterior paints contain more volatile organic compounds, or VOCs, making them dangerous when used indoors. Without the free ventilation of the great outdoors, it can take longer for the fumes to dissipate than interior paint. While you may notice the smell lessening more quickly, you should be wary of paint fumes inside for 48 to 72 hours after it dries.

DIY staining or painting is manageable with proper preparation, including safety measures, necessary tools, and adherence to safe weather conditions for application.

Hot, intense sunshine can cause your stain to dry too quickly, which could lead it to look uneven or patchy. If you’re staining the deck during hotter months, it’s best to do it in the morning or evening once the wood has had time to cool down. If you’re staining in cooler weather with less sunshine, the time of day won’t make as much of a difference.

You can paint over old paint on a concrete porch. For the best results, you should first clean the surface and remove as much paint as you can. A power washer is helpful here, but you’ll also want to scrape as much of the old paint away as possible. Then you should prime the porch before repainting it.
