"Paul and his workers were so nice. They gave me the best price for our new AC unit. I had received other estimates and Mays beat their prices by at least $1500.00.  I had electrical damage from lightening and had to have my deep freezer and my AC unit replaced. The day after they installed the unit I had to have emergency surgery and was in the hospital for over a week. Paul and his secretary contacted and worked with my insurance company and this was such a blessing to me because I was in no way able to handle all this and still be able to recover from my surgery. Because of the surgery and being out of work I was left short on cash and was not able to pay the entire balance of my $1000 deductible to Mr. Mays. He was so kind in allowing me to set up payments which helped take a lot of stress away from me which allowed me to be able to recover from my surgery and not be worried about the balance. All of his employees were so kind and helpful. They did a very professional and neat job when they installed my new heatpump. "Mr. Coffee is a hero who risks his health daily to help mitigate dangerous radon problems for strangers who call for help. This is a dangerous job with daily high radon exposure and when I asked, he said he is aware of the risks but gets his health scanned multiple times a year. I called Covenant Air back in December after noticing that my Safety Siren Pro radon detector kept reaching alarm. Mr. Coffee came out and assessed that I could probably fix the problem myself by sealing some obvious cracks, especially around some pipes, and recommended the products so that I can do it cheap DIY. He was obviously not pushy to scare people into signing contracts, but actually tried to dissuade me from hiring him right off on installing sub slab depressurization. Although the DYI route he recommended would've been cheaper, I hired him to performs the job. The sealing did bring the radon level down where my detector's alarm didn't go off, but I wanted to lower it as much as possible. He then recommended a passive ventilation route given my reading. The passive ventilation again slashed the radon level in half, but I wanted the radon level down even further, so I ultimately opted to install the fan after weeks of data collection and analysis. He installed the fan so that I could easily turn it off to save energy based on seasonal variations. He is a very personable and methodical person, and prefers to monitor the progress of his work so that his customers don't hastily incur unnecessary cost. You almost never see someone like that in the service industry, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Over the years, I have had some harrowing experiences when I have faced computer malfunctions.  Just the thought of another telephonic tech support marathon made me cringe.  Until now.  This was the most pleasant computer repair encounter ever.  As I sat comfortably in my recliner, Jim worked his magic on my computer and taught me a few things while he was doing it.  Not only does my middle-aged computer run like a teenager again, I can surf with confidence knowing that he is just a phone call away.  Before you go buy a new computer (as I was about ready to do), call North Alabama Technical Services.  You will be glad you did!
