"Coolray has always had a solid reputation in Metro Atlanta. I've lived in this house for 19 years and the existing AC unit is at least 29 years old. Each year the Coolray service techs tell me they would love to sell me a new 3-ton AC Unit...but since my current outside unit is still working there is no reason to mess with a good thing. Of course, this system uses freon and you can't legally buy it anymore, you just can't find a more honest service company than Coolray. They did install a new Trane furnace 10 years ago during the winter when the older one died, but it was a great deal and an incredibly smooth installation. I would suggest Coolray to anyone who needs an honest service company that you can trust will get the job done right the first time.show more

"<p>His crew actually came to install the system a full week after his original proposed start date. Two days' delay was attributed to unexpected complications on the job he was working prior to ours, two days were attributed to rain, the remaining day unexplained. The crew worked steadily and professionally and Tommy came toward the end of each day to supervise and inspect. Job was completed in two days.
