I had an urgent job and Mr Landaverde came the following morning and solved the issue in under 3 hours. We had great conversation and he is trustworthy and effective. Absolutely recommended!

Excellent job painting my interior walls! Very professional. Cleaned up daily and never left a mess anywhere! Finished the job so quickly and beautifully! Refloored and stained our dock and again they did an excellent job! Could not have been more pleased! Tiled my backsplash in my kitchen and it was perfect and just the way we wanted it! Jose was recommended by a friend of mine when I purchased a small office building for my company.  The building was in disrepair and needed a major overhaul on the interior.  I met with Jose and discussed what I would like done.  He promptly prepared a quote and started the job once I gave him the go ahead.  His pricing was much better than I had received from a couple of other folks, and the quality of his work is great.  He always showed up when he was supposed to, and many times went above and beyond what he needed too to make sure I was happy.  In short, he does great work and is priced right; very friendly, and his guys are as well.  He's about to start the renovation on a house I just purchased.

His workers showed up on schedule.  They finished in a timely manner.  Cleaned up after themselves.  A couple days later there were a couple areas that needed attention.  We called Jose and he came back and fixed the areas.

I was very pleased with how quickly Jose did the job and the quality of his work. He followed up with me about doing the work and did exactly what I wanted to be done. His price was reasonable and I would not hesitate to use him again.
