"Dan was able to come out immediately. He was at my door thirty minutes after i called him. We had water accumulating in the basement, and i assumed it was a water proofing issue. The first company I called out said it was not a free standing water issue that it was a plumbing issue. I called a plumber out and paid nearly $500 to have cameras sent down the water pipes, and they determent that it was not a plumbing issue. I set up contractors to open the walls up, because we still did not have a cause.
