I've been doing home repair for more than 10 years. I've seen the ins and outs of building from the ground up. My skills are mainly focused in carpentry and finish work. I have worked all over the panhandle, just making repairs along the way. Let me get your house back to how you want it!
Hello, my name is Levi. Thank you for taking the time to read about me and putting your trust into me to giving you the best services that I myself can provide. I have been in the general contracting buisness for little over 6 years now and have seen my fareshare of really everything. From my junk removal to building decks, and remodels I am very confident I can and will meet your wants and needs in every job! Located in the Navarre area but we travel to surrounding city’s. We’ve seen our fair share of junk filled houses that get cleaned out, to many staircases that are bringing your loved ones up to many restaurants, to cleaning up yards we are a 1 stop shop for all. I am very excited to do buisness with you! I am a very talented young man with a straight head on my shoulders trying to provide for my family. I am very determined to get job done right, and will always go about the best ways to get job done without oversight of safety. Thanks again for your time!!
"After he figured out where the leak was coming from, he found that the whole faucet needed to be replaced. Had to travel 15 minutes away just to get a new one. Cleveland is a very little town. I had an appointment so I had to leave him by his self to complete job. When I got back home everything was done and it looked good and no longer leaks. Thank you so much. "
"Mr. Webb came out to do my estimate quickly after my initial request. I had some odd jobs around my house that I have been meaning to take care of. He charged me a flat, per day amount that I thought was very reasonable. I ordered the columns that needed to be replaced in front of my house and he told me that his crew would pick everything up from the store on the way over to do the work. It was the easiest process I have ever experienced with a service provider. He told me when they would be out, which was about 2 weeks from my initial contact ? very quick, in my opinion. I also didn't even need to be home since everything was outside that needed to be repaired. When I got home from work everything was complete and looked so good. I was also provided all of the receipts for anything they had to go out and buy to finish the job, which I really appreciated. The only not positive thing for me is that I wish I would have had an idea of how long each job would take. When I got home early that day to check the progress, they were already finished. There were a couple other minimal things I could have had them do (replace two lighting fixtures outside) if I would have known the time for completion on the other jobs would not take a full day, since I was paying a per-day rate. However, as I?ve said, the rate was very reasonable, so I wasn?t too worried about it. Overall, it was a very positive experience. I already know that I will use them again for a later project and have recommended them to others.
"Did great work. Will give a high recommendation for the work done. At work when they said they would be and completed the work in the time they said. Plan to contact again when my next project comes up."
"Luke was a gift! He responded quickly to my call and was able to start painting two days later. He was professional, knowledgeable, on time and always cognizant of the fact that I was working from home while he was painting. He meticulously painted my entire house and it looks amazing. I highly recommend Luke, you will not be disappointed."
Barndominium Builders questions, answered by experts
Tiny houses, often called tiny homes, need between 100 to 400 square feet, with the most common size being between 200 and 300 square feet. Tiny houses more than 400 square feet venture into apartment-size dwellings and may be considered more of a traditional house than a tiny home. The number of occupants, desired lifestyle, and furniture will all be major factors that determine the desired tiny house size.
The difference between a pole barn and a stick-built barn is in the construction. Large poles in the ground provide support for pole barns. For stick-built barns, 2-by-4 or 2-by-6 lumber (known as sticks) create a frame around load-bearing beams. Stick-built construction is far more popular for residential homes. Pole barns are more cost-effective because they require fewer materials and less labor.
Building a barndominium means converting a barn into a house. Barndominiums are becoming popular as spacious and stylish alternatives to typical housing structures. Old barns that become houses traditionally consist of wooden construction. However, newer structures, such as pole barns, often contain metal exteriors and roofs. Converting a metal outbuilding into a house presents an excellent opportunity to create a barndominium from metal.
Prefab sheds can be worth it, depending on your needs and goals. If you want to build the shed yourself or have a quick project turnaround, then a prefab shed will likely be worth it. If you want something more customized, then starting from scratch may help you achieve your goals better than a prefab could.
You may need a local building permit and written permission from your homeowner’s association to install a shed, especially if you’re doing any substantial land clearing or installing electricity or plumbing. Permit requirements vary between municipalities, so research the local laws before starting your project. If you hire a contractor to build the shed, they can help determine which permits will be necessary.
