"Elite Handyman Services handled two jobs for me, gutter cleaning and limb/brush cleaning. The service was fast and professional. You could tell the owner cares about the fine details. Branches in my area need to be cut to a certain size in order to be picked up. The team cleared the brush chopped the branches down to size and neatly placed them. They even blew the leaves from this past fall off of my back deck as a courtesy. I'll be using them again soon to clear out some unmaintained flower beds. I'm looking forward to seeing the change. "Hired Bill Philpot to repair leaks in the roof, fascia, and soffits, and clean and seal gutters at the corners and seams. This was a terrible experience for me, as I hired them to do repairs on the house of my mother. The workers were unskilled and apparently in recovery. Should have stopped the job on day 4, but I thought Bill wanted to make it right. The gutters still leak. The roof over the front porch had to be done twice. It has been 4 months and Bill has yet to come out to inspect the **so-called** finished job. Overpriced. I would not recommend them."

"Subcontractors were mostly good, but management of them was lacking. I had to personally supervise them because the on site contractor rarely stayed very long. Told the trim finish crew to leave because they did not know how to install crown molding. Got another crew that knew what they were doing. They never asked for periodic payments during the job (as is typical); presented one huge bill at the end. Holland homes builds nice homes, but I would not recommend them for small jobs like mine because you do not get the best crews and you have to wait for them to fit you into their schedule."
