Mrs. [Member Name Removed], I'm sorry to hear that some of your plants and flowers were in some way damaged. This is the first I've heard of it. We would have liked to have been notified so that we could have surveyed the areas damaged in case it was by our doing. In a review left by you on May 6, 2022 on my Google business listing, you left 5 out of 5 stars and stated that I went beyond your expectations, you highly recommended my services, and that you wished you could have given 10 stars.
