He measured everything and gave me a quote on triple paned windows and labor that was $300. 00 less than another company had given for single pane glass. The windows were ordered and arrived on time. On the day of installation he and his crew arrived right on time and the installation, finishing and clean up were accomplished in under two hours. No surprises in billing and he and his crew were professionals throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs glass work done."

"My computer (Windows XP) was running very slow and had become almost inoperable. It was taking a very long time to process anything, especially anything to do with the internet. IE was taking 100% of the cpu most of the time. Jim worked on my computer remotely for several days defragging, cleaning, anti-virus, malware, etc., but could not get it to perform anywhere near where it should. We decided that I needed a new computer. Jim built me a new computer (Windows 7 with racing stripes). The new system works very well and I am pleased with it. When Jim switched my files over from old to new, the Kodak Easy-Share program with my pictures did not get transferred. He has promised to make that transfer when he installs a new door covering the DVD reader which was broken upon setup. I will update this review when this occurs. I am very pleased with the new system and would do it all over again if a similar situation were present.
