"Renest is a very competent and professional contractor who paid special attention to the details and did a great job on installing a vinyl tile floor over our old sheet vinyl. Ernest was somewhat expensive compared to other bidders, especially in his charges per individual appliance to move, but his advice before and during the bid and the confidence he conveyed in achieving the best result possible made the cost both understandable and reasonable. Ernest seemed to have all the latest equipment to make the job go as quickly as possible. While not perfect, he is an awesome contractor who takes responsibility for his work. The floor he installed looks great and I would highly recommend him for any job, and especially for those that require attention to detail (such as trim work, transition between levels of flooring, preparation before the job can actually be performed)."

"Stacey Raskey and his colleague tiled our new kitchen's back splash. Stacey gave me a rapid quote that was slightly lower than the other best contractor I could find via Angie's List, and he very clearly gave me all of the details of the materials to purchase. The homeowners picked out tile according to Stacey's recommendations about quality (we got the best subway tile available through Pacific Tile). The superior tile resulted in little or no cracked, irregular tiles and it looks SO GOOD compared to what I found in the box stores. The pattern Stacey uses for simple subway tile is extremely clean and attractive. The guys finished the job in two days just like Stacey said they would; and the attention to detail is MARVELOUS. We can't wait for Chugiak Restoration and Custom Tile to return to tile our new gas fireplace later this fall."

"LP Services were professional and friendly and showed up exactly on time when they made an appointment to meet with me. They painted the exterior of my house and did a great job. They were careful with my plants and trees and cleaned up with barely any sign that they had been there. They made some repair recommendations and installed flashing for me to protect the siding in the future. Marvin and one other helper did most of the work and I couldn't recommend them more."

"This is a great business! Francisco, the owner, came out to provide a free quote for indoor painting the day after I called. Within an hour of leaving the house he provided a quote to my email. I had some questions regarding services and he responded to those promptly and respectfully within the same business day. After signing, his crew promptly started working on the house and they were done within 3 days. Their attention to detail was far and beyond what I expected. They even offered to paint behind my appliances, something no other company offered. Not only were they prompt but they left the house cleaner than when they came. I did have carpets installed after they had finished which caused scuffing to their work, Franciso came and assessed himself and by the next business day the touch ups were complete. I cannot stress what a wonderful process this has been. They have been absolutely respectful, professional, and prompt. I wholeheartedly recommend using this business."

The Callaway team was on site when they said they would be and completed the job right on schedule. There were a couple extra items which were not figured into the project and Jason took care of them very professionally and timely. If I have another similar project, my first call will be to Jason. BTW my project was removal of fiber based siding and replacing with Hardie siding."

"Walking around my house this morning, I'm feeling so grateful that I found Rick to install my new wood flooring! It was a complex job, involving two levels of the house and the staircase that connects them. Rick meticulously removed each of the stair treads, re-sized them to convert from carpet to wood flooring, and replaced them beautifully. The most complicated part of the job was installing the flooring around a wooden railing which runs along the upper level "loft" and stairs, requiring MANY precise customized cuts and modifications of the flooring.
