"Living in Anchorage for 37 years; used many movers and this group was best yet. Price of time very reasonable. Front desk receptionist is an effective resource to answer all your questions. She is extremely friendly and patient; I had so many questions as the movers were going to have to go to 3 locations...to pick up and drop off. She never made me feel I was taking up her time. Called her multiple times and she always remembered my name. Main reason I went with this group. Movers showed up on time. Very professional and looked happy to tackle the job. At one point asked them to move a sofa to upstairs bedroom. It was very difficult and we could see it wasnâ t going to fit through door. The guys worked every angle possible; took all three of them but finally we told them it was time for a Pepsi break! We met as a group and my husband and I decided to change the plan. They were such good guys. After 3 1/2 hours of moving furniture to 3 different places, they finished on time! Bill was exactly what they had stated in estimate; no surprises. Another skill they offered was being able to pack the furniture being moved so that they could put the stuff we wanted to have unloaded into a storage unit at easy access. Then they packed that storage unit beautifully. Best moving service we have worked with in Anchorage. This is why we used them 3 times; and I know we will use them in the future.
