  They were scheduled to come between 8:15 and 8:45 in the morning, and we were told that they would call first. Showed up at 8:15 and when I asked if they had called, I was told "Nah, it's the first job of the morning, usually don't call." A little inconvenient, but fine. Asked him for 10 minutes to finish getting ready then. I noticed they weren't wearing masks, so I also asked if they had any masks they could wear. His response: "Well, we got our shots, did you get yours?" I told him that we were vaccinated, but I would still prefer it if they wore masks to enter our home. I was told "Yeah, we got them but you're the first in a long f***ing time to ask. We'll get them, but we hate wearing them." I told him that I was just asking him to be respectful. Came back 5 minutes later to say that they were no longer going to perform the service. When asked why, he said "Because we don't have to wear masks." Instead of having a conversation with me about why I'm requesting that they wear masks (both my parents have Stage IV cancer, and beyond that I'm not comfortable still having unmasked strangers in my home, especially if they're working on air circulation units), he became aggressive, cursed me out, and basically stormed off. You'd think that I asked him to promise me his first-born son. Called the company to discuss it with them, and was told that he was the owner. Christine, who deals with scheduling, was very courteous and professional, though still couldn't understand why we asked them to wear masks. A shame because they seem to have good reviews for their work, but customer service is absolutely atrocious. If you're looking for respectful professionals, then avoid this company at all costs

  Excellent. Extremely neat. The connection between the dryer and the duct work was crushed. it was similar to a tin can that you had stepped on. He replaced it at no extra charge. I had never paid attention to this part. He was on time. We have cats, and he asked if we wanted to cage them so they would not go out the door since he had to go in and out of the house several times. We will use them again for others services such as cleaning rugs

  We have two heating/cooling units and each were about 30 years old. We had another company come out to service them and were told that they should be replaced. Thus began the search for a company to do the work. We got several bids, and once we got over the sticker shock, we called Perry. Perry's technician/salesman told us that the old units could, in fact, be serviced and we could continue to use them for awhile; however, we decided against this move because of their age and their inefficiency. We were offered several options at several prices and found them reasonable when compared to the other bids we received. Before we committed, we did an internet search and chose the units we felt were best for us. As the day for installation grew closer, we received a few phone calls and they determined that they would need to bring in a crane to place the units, but there was no extra charge for this. In addition, they removed a cooler that hadn't been used in years, and they fixed the duct work where it had been. You can't even tell we ever had an evaporative cooler. There was no extra charge for this, either. Once the units were installed the technician showed us how to work the new thermostats and set up the app on our phones. We have been delighted ever since. We are now cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Our bills have gone down and the systems are very quiet. Many of our friends have some kind of horror story about air conditioning, and ours is a fairy tale by comparison. We recommend Perry Heating and Cooling to everyone and will continue to do so

  July 14, 2021 I contacted Rite Way because my air conditioner condensation pump was not working properly. Jesus came out and replaced it. It was a smaller unit and not the size we needed but he said it should work until they ordered the right size. Long story short, that unit made a hellacious noise, would not shut off, ran loudly for 24 hours around the clock. It eventually stopped running altogether which in turn stopped our air conditioner in this over 100 degree Tucson temps. I called Rite Way and spoke to Shelby, a very accommodating, pleasant woman. So, Rite Way sent Markus Knauss out the next day. That turned out to be an incredibly wonderful choice! He came on time, was dressed neatly and professionally and addressed us very pleasantly. Markus assessed the situation quickly, changed out the condensation pump with the correct size and replaced some leaking copper tubing on unit and also on roof. He spent a lot of knowledgeable time on making sure our problem was fixed correctly. He knew his products well and did not try to up-sell anything we did not need. Markus, with his professional, knowledgeable, pleasant ways is certainly an asset to Rite Way. I am basking in the wonderful air conditioning
