He coordinated all the work we had done, including pressure washing and even brought in other professionals for stucco and lanai screen repairs that were needed. Derek was a wonderful foreman and did a super job managing his dedicated crew and monitoring the quality of all the work being done. Without hesitation, he went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with everything. We're really pleased with the final results and are thrilled that our house looks new again.     The entire experience was fantastic! We prepaid an Angie's List promotion offered by Lou Phillips Painting ($1975). Within 48 hours we were contacted by the company. We set an appointment to discuss the minor repairs & the additional charge for the wrought iron gate/lamps/lamppost work. We were told the process & timetable for prepping the house. The workers did the job the "right way" & took obvious pride in delivering a quality product/service. The supervisor followed up with a phone call within 48 hours of job completion to check on our satisfaction ... 2 thumbs up!

    It went great. I contacted them and they came out and gave me what I felt was a good price for the work I was requesting. They were sharp and no doubt that they knew exactly what I was wanting and fulfilled my wishes perfectly. The fence looked absolutely great enhancing the look of my property. The dogs love it and play for hours and I don't have to worry about them. They gave me a $100 discount for being a member of Angie's List which was very much appreciated. They also started constructing the fence and gates and had it completed in just one day. I am very happy with them and would not use any other fencing company for future jobs. Highly recommended

    Quality product, excellent service and professionalism. We hired this company to put up a fence in our back yard for our dogs. They came out quickly, gave an estimate, and once they were hired, completed all the permits, requests to our HOA, and actual installation very easily and quickly. The workmen consulted with me during the process when a tree was right in my lot line so that my fence would be installed properly. When I noticed the gate latch was a little loose, they responded that same day and completed the fix. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again as the need arises in the future

    We received a quote from Family Fence in March 2013. Mike came out and provided an estimate for installing a fence on our property. He was very professional and easy to talk to. He understood everything we were looking for and even offered to submit all the HOA paperwork. About a month after the initial quote we changed our mind about a double gate we had requested, and asked if he could easily accommodate that request and he did without any issues. He sent us a new estimate and let us know that they would be ready to install if we chose them to install the fence. We decided to use Family Fence in mid April and it only took 1 week from the time he received our deposit to the actual installation of the fence. The Installation Team came out and installed the fence, they were very professional, answered all my questions and concerns, and were very quick! The fence looks amazing and I will be recommending this company to all my neighbors

    The siding on the upper level of the home was badly in need of repair. Greg originally contracted to replace 50 feet of siding; however, when he started the repairs, it was evident to him that he would need to replace 180 feet of "Hardie" Board, rather than the 50 feet per the original contract. Greg honored the original contract and did not charge any extra money for the increased amount of siding he had to purchase - 130 extra feet versus the original 50 foot estimate. He stood by the original contract and just did what was right to have the job done well and efficiently. He was more than fair and generous. Greg and his wife, Nanciann, worked very well as a team and did a very neat job. Concrete was patched in several areas where necessary. Wherever they painted, windows and other areas were excellently covered to prevent paint from getting into areas not meant to be painted. Wood around the window frames and eaves areas were sanded and painted over. The front porch ceiling was patched and repaired. A rusty wrought iron railing was scraped and painted. On the back porch, some shelves were removed (per customer request.) Greg and Nanciann offered to haul them away, along with a broken table, much to our delight. They also took care of and hauled away a fallen palm tree, the latter for a very small fee - so kind and generous of them. Greg's estimates were lower than the four other painters who gave us estimates for the exterior paint job. He and his wife are very professional, skilled, neat, and clean up the premises beautifully after each day's work. They are very nice people and it was a pleasure to do business with them. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LOVETT ENTERPRISES. We are going to have a new fence erected in the back yard and will hire Greg to do that job for us. My husband and I look forward to seeing him and Nanciann as they come back again to put up our fence
