The dimensions of the fencing had changed, so it didn't quite match up, but they did they best they could. The interactions were good. The fence looks good. They had to also replace a post.

They came and installed my gate and a portion of my fence as they installed my original fence and gate so had a record of what I needed. I've always been happy with their services but this was above and beyond!! Can't recommend them enough.

It was great. Sheri (office) and David (field rep) were great to communicate with. The work done by 2 gentlemen was outstanding. They got an L shape installed in 3 hours. Very polite and always asked me for my input before continuing the work. Highly recommend.

I must say, I couldn't be happier. From the beginning to the end, the whole process has been nothing less than superior. With one phone call we were able to schedule our consultation with the salesman to fit our schedule. He arrived on time presenting the unbeatable price point for an excellent quality fence, answering all the questions we had.Within an hour I received contract and was able to schedule installation, again fitting our schedule. Team arrived on time, very professional, completing the job in the most timely manner. Now, almost two years later, we still have the best looking fence in the neighborhood making my neighbors jealous:). Thank you guys!

Ken and his crew did a great job.

I have used superior fence and rail on several occasions and each time the job was done on time with a great product. Communication was fantastic with the installers and office staff.

I had gotten a quote for the project to be done after the close of my house but got a panicked call from the builder that they couldn't get COA without fence across my retaining wall but Ken was able to move the project up by a month to accommodate this.

I signed the contract because I was told by their rep the fence would be installed 3 weeks from signing.  Well 3 weeks went by and they call me to tell me the install won't happened for another 3 to 4 weeks. I already been waiting almost 4 weeks as it is at this time. (basically 2 months after contract signed.) I wanted this fence before I sold my house that is way I agreed to the 3 weeks originally because I made it part of the deal. The house is now under contract and I still don't have it here. I told them I need it sooner, they made it 3 weeks out now. That is not good enough. I called the rep and he is no longer employed with the company! I called the Sherry back that day and asked if I could have it sooner, she told me no, I asked if I could talk to a manager she told me they weren't there and she have one call me back Monday. My wife even tried to call and gave her the run around.
Well Monday comes, guess what. No one called me that day. Tuesday comes around I am home sick as a dog and she calls me to see if I wanted to cancel. I said no I wanted to talk to a manager. She told me "what is the point, there is no reason for you to talk to them. They won't do nothing for you, so why is it you still want to talk to them". I said I want to that is enough to have them talk to me and still refused. I told her I will keep the appointment and I will call Home Depot and hung up on her because I was not getting anywhere with her nor she was willing to. That conversation proved she did not contact the bosses nor cared too.
They do not hold up to what was promised. Even when I had Home Depot call them they were taking me on off the calendar anyways and Home Depot had to make them put it back.....
I would no recommend this company.
I will no longer get lead installers from Home Depot. 
I may lose my contract with the buyer because of them. Thank you Fence and Rail.....

I called various places to get a quote on having a fence installed for our backyard and of all the places I called, Superior Fence was the most professional and nice from the very beginning.  From the nice and professional lady who takes your call to the sales rep Dave who came out to give us the quote to the very hard working installers.

While Superior was not the cheapest price, they did have a better quality of fence and a better guarantee and warranty of the products and service they were delivering (you get what you pay for).  He worked with me on the price if I offered to pay in full up front and such in order to stay in our budget since they were the ones we wanted to do the install and knew while this was a lot of money, it would last forever (and not need replacing in 10-20 years like some of the other companies).

The install took almost the entire day since only 2 guys did the job and they did a very nice job and worked very hard all day long.  We are completely satisfied and would recommend them to anyone who might be debating what company to use.
