Aug 19th 2017 - Friday I come home from work to find that the air conditioner died. The lady who answered my evening indicated that I might have to wait until Monday for service, but when I begged her to see if anybody would be available tonight, she found Joe who was willing to come out. Joe determined that we needed a new air handler and condensing unit, gave us our options on models, pricing and financing options. He was extremely knowledgeable and made sure we understood every option. We were able to apply and get reasonable financing that night through one of their lenders. Joe was able to get Doug and Luke to come out the next morning to install everything. Doug and Luke not only installed everything in the hot August sun but also caulked a few holes in our brick mortar where ants were coming in and treated an ant hill right by the install site (using pest spray we already had). Jan 6th - While running our washing machine I discovered water leaking somewhere in the laundry room (water was coming from under this room into our walkout basement). Andy came out, tested the laundry room pipes and determined that the leak was coming from the washing machine. Andy was also very nice and made sure it wasn't the pipes before he left. Jan 8th - Shane fixed our leaking washing machine by installing a better clamp on one of the water hoses which had come off, causing the water leak. After this fix he ran the washer while watching the machinery and other hoses operate to make sure there were no other leaks. He also fixed our dryer vent which was a bit smashed between the dryer and wall, and suggested we look into installing a dryer duct on the wall to provide a bit more space behind the dryer
