A to Z Appliance Repair

Leonard was great! Fixed our fridge in less than 5 minutes and I'm NOT exaggerating. Good prices good work fast and friendly. I highly recommend!

My dishwasher intermittently has refused to start for several years after closing the door and progressively got worse to where it would not start at all. When I called him Leonard asked the brand and then told me how to fix the latch over the phone. He had it working for me in about ten seconds. He could have scheduled a service call appointment but instead helped me fix it over the phone at no cost Friendly Helpful and Honest. I put him on my contacts list and will call him next time I need an appliance repair.

Leonard saved the day. I realized the evening prior that the food in our fridge wasn't as cold as it normally is. I signed into Angie's List, and within a few minutes of my search, I had Leonard scheduled to come out the next morning. Repair went quickly and the price was fair. Super friendly, respectful, and professional. (Plus, he was wearing a mask due to the CoVid virus.) We will definitely hire him again and reach out to him directly. Thanks again!

Tech knew exactly what was wrong and fixed the problem immediately.

The service was excellent. The error code pointed towards the temp. sensor. Once it was replaced it still showed an error. He continued to work on it until it was fixed.

Leonard knew what the problem was right away, needed a new control unit (allows to adjust temp, shows current temp in freezer, alarms, everything runs from this little insert on door). I had looked up the issue a few months back and it stated the same as he verified. Took a few days to get the part in and fixed soon after. Looks and works great. Thank you Leonard! (I still have a couple of your tools that were on the freezer)

The washing machine is several years old and Leonard did diagnostics first to make sure it was worth fixing. He was very thorough and explained everything. It was worth the repair, and he proceeded at a very reasonable rate. This was more than a month ago, and it has been working perfectly with heavy use. He arrived at the time promised and was very professional. He even helped with tips to keep it working optimally. I have some health problems and really did not want to go shopping for a new one at this time. So glad he could fix it. I am very grateful for his help, and his card is on my fridge if we need any service in the future. I would definitely use A to Z again.

Terrific, Positive Experience. Telephoned Leonard Mullen (owner) regarding my 15 year old refrigerator not staying on. He knew exactly what to do, gave me a quote on the phone and made an appointment for the following day. He fixed the problem and also fixed the refrigerator door that wasn't closing properly. Leonard owns the company, does all the work, and is very knowledgeable and professional about large appliances. He has my 100% recommendation.

I was contacted within an hour of posting for help. He asked for the model number and came back within an hour with an estimate; we were able to set up a time for him to come. All required coordination was done within a couple hours and the whole job complete in less than 24 hours. Definitely will use A to Z again.

I was very impressed. A to Z Repair contacted me immediately, set up an appointment for the same day, and completed the repair the same day. The repairman was prompt, knowledgeable, efficient, willing to answer all my questions, and personable. He even had the part I needed with him. He left no mess for me to clean up.

Leonard was very responsive to my request within hours for a quote and followed up with an option to install the next day or the following day. I chose the following day but, he communicated that he would text me if he was able to complete the install the next afternoon which he did and the install was completed. He is very personable, answered any questions about the washer I had and in addition answered a couple of questions about two of my other appliances and checked one out as well with no additional charges. Leonard and A&J Appliance with be my first contact for any appliance repairs needed in the future.

Fantastic company! I contacted them late on a Sunday night and received an instant response that they could be out on Monday. He showed up at the time he said and was very professional. Our dishwasher was not worth fixing so he didn't bother wasting our time trying to fix something that was a waste of money. The icemaker was broken so he said he could come back later Monday night and fix it after he went and got the part. Excellent and prompt service. I will definitely use him in the future.
