From the moment the sales representative came to our house and spent time explaining all different options, to the great communication with their office scheduling appointments and sending quick text messages for confirmation, ending with the actual clean and professional work done by the people replacing our roof and installing two new beautiful skylights, all I can say is that we are very happy with the results!

Fritz, the owner, responded quickly to my request for a quote and provided me a competitive estimate. I coordinated with Fritz who also conducted all the work on site with a friendly and qualified assistant to remove my gutters prior to the home being painted and then return to install the new gutters and downspouts. They always showed up on time and worked diligently to complete a quality work product. I would highly recommend Sound Gutters & Roofing and definitely rehire them when additional work is required.

The initial work done was pretty ok. The major complaint is about communication. 1) Repetitively no call back was received even though we left voicemails. 2) the crew did not notify us when work was finished (2 times) even though specifically asked for (then try to leave voicemails with questions, there is no return call (see issue-1). 3) when we were told that the crew actually rang the doorbell, this was definitely not the case as we work in office next to the front-door. How does that work? Proper communication is important to us; as such cannot go higher than a C. Would not hire again, even though the final product (gutter install) was to our satisfaction.

They did a great job, I was impressed by how professional and responsive they were in scoping and scheduling the work. The day of the work they showed up right on time and got the work done very quickly. I got several estimates but Vince Christianson did the best job of explaining the options and gave the most competitive estimate on the first visit. We had a shingle roof (some other companies said this wasn't possible on a low pitch roof) and new gutters installed. The work crew was prompt, efficient, and professional and did a good job of clean up when the work was completed. They are incredibly responsive, respectful and honest. I went through several roofer estimates that in hindsight were potential rip offs and didn't use them because they hit me wrong or had shady estimates. I had the opposite experience with Sarah and Sound Roofing, they were a breath of fresh air. I could tell she really cared about us and they did what they said, did it well and were very fair priced. Pro Roofing NWPro Roofing did an excellent job putting a 60 ML PVC solution on our roof! Originally it was tar/gravel that was replaced by asphalt shingles in 1998. It had many issues including water damage, old chimneys/vents and a flat garage. Pro Roofing had innovative solutions for all of our concerns. Our new roof turned out very nice and has a modern look! Moss BustersThese guys are amazing. I asked to have my roof soft washed and treated for moss. I got all of that plus an amazing roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, patio roof cleaned and washed, patio blown off, driveway washed with pressure hose and soap, siding cleaned after roof cleaning and mess cleaned up. Seahawk Remodeling LLCIt took longer to get the permits than we thought. Covid bottleneck made it take 6 months to issue. That is not Seahawk Remodelings fault, but its what happened. I will say that when the permit was issued Seahawk got right to work and didn't stop until the entire project was complete. The craftsmanship is superb.
