Greg and his team were wonderful to work with from the start. It's going to improve our house and our life to stop having water in the basement everytime it rains. We can finish our basement and actually use the space now! Thanks for being so easy to work with and delivering a quality drain system.

Allan is a highly skilled, hard-working, smart, reliable and honest contractor who attends to details—and has a great sense of humor. He did most of the work himself but also hired and worked well with sub-contractors. He started with our garage, creating plans for a remodel with the help of an architect and then precisely implemented those plans. He went on to demolish our old kitchen (to the studs and sub-floor) and rebuild it, according to architectural blueprints. The job required reframing three windows, building walls, putting in a new fir floor, installing cabinetry and a very heavy but beautiful hood/vent, installing appliances, tiling and painting walls, window frames and a box-beam ceiling. A complicated part of the job was building a permanent buffet with rounded corners and tempered glass inserts which he did well. He also built walls and laid flooring in our laundry room. We feel so lucky to have found and worked with Allan, and we’re hoping to be able to work with him again on future projects

It went very well. Greg was a great guy. In the initial consultation we missed a wall that also needed a drain due to the crawl space, and his lovely crew came back and made it right. Greg was also always available to answer my many questions and made sure I was completely comfortable in the work. This is the first time I have had a dry basement as long as I have owned the house! I cant recommend highly enough

Our experience with Wu Construction was awesome. We had water coming into our basement, gave them a call, and from consultation through installation, they were one of the most courteous and professional contractors we've dealt with. Their work is quality, prices competitive, and communication was excellent. Would recommend them to anyone with water issues

I did not end up using Andy for reasons outside of him but he would be the first person that I would use and call in the future.

We got a bid from Andy Construction for water-issues in our crawlspace. Of the companies that I talked to about this issue - I thought Andy provided the most objective recommendation (though it costed lesser). Other companies were recommending a sump pump. Andy recommended addressing the source of the water (downspout drainage issue). We haven't yet gotten the work completed, but would recommend Andy Construction based on the bidding process

Had seepage of water into finished basement causing moldy carpet and baseboard staining - we had a sump pump but it wasn't hooked up to any type of drainage system so it never got wet enough to pump water out! The salesman came out on a Sunday afternoon and did a thorough inspection of the property inside and out. He recommended that we install the system described above. They were able to give us a discount because we were Angie's List members. A few days later the project manager came out for an inspection and went over the whole process again, in detail. Two days later, the crew came out and got to work. They were professional, showed up on time (called one day when they were late due to a flat tire and subsequently stayed late to finish the work), they sealed the doors and furniture that we couldn't move upstairs with plastic. The process involves JACKHAMMERING around the interior perimeter and removing drywall from the base of the wall to install the system. They were able to avoid disturbing the bathroom and were able to get most of the needed drainage tile in place without having to rip out drywall (only ripped out 6 inches along one wall). They cleaned up completely after they were done to include hosing down our patio and leaving materials that were salvageable (baseboards and tile). They did not throw away the damaged carpet but we knew from the contract that they weren't obligated to do this so that was OK. They did ding up a few walls and in moving the utility sink out of the way cracked a seal but that is understandable given the type of work they were doing. We were going to have to repair drywall and repaint anyway. Overall we are thrilled with the process - and hopefully the outcome - it hasn't rained yet - if there is a problem, we have confidence that they will live up to their reputation and guarantee. For those that might be skeptical about such an extensive system, we already had our yard graded and our gutters inspected/cleaned. I would recommend Aqua Guard to anyone who has basement/house water problems. I had a neighbor who was satisfied with their work as well

I have a 1906 cottage in N Seattle, with an old porous foundation. Water came into the basement for the first time in 20 years. Another contractor bid the job at $12,000 after 3 site visits and almost a month. Andy came out to the house the same day I talked to him, and estimated the same job at half that price. He followed up with questions, asked about making another visit, came out again and saw that the drainpipe was disconnected at the top of the area being flooded. 75% of the roof's water was pooling against the house. He found a ladder and fixed it and isn't charging me a dime. So, no French drain, no Delta drain, no foundation treatment, no 50' of trenching, no $$$. Andy was timely, reliable, did what he said, and knows his stuff. He was a great communicator, and I feel so so lucky to have found him

Galen is SUPER helpful! While unfortunately it was not work that his company could do because of how our house is structured, he took the time to evaluate what the cause of the leak was and whether or not it was foundation-issues or something else. Very thorough and if we do need something more appropriate for his company will definitely call again
