ACS - Seattle, LLC

Overall a good experience. We hired ACS to take down and rebuild a brick pillar supporting our front porch. Gary's crew was excellent. Although they only spoke Spanish they were helpful and did a good job communicating as much as they could about what they were doing and/or had done. We're very happy with the end product. Gary stayed true to his quote and the contract price. The project was more involved than I expected, but they came through and completed it on budget. My only complaint is that Gary was hard to get a hold of at times.

Gary was very easy to work with, and very flexible about doing even small jobs. We're already planning to do some more work with him.

Gary put a bathroom and kitchen onto my one room studio to create a small living space. Gary was very easy to work with, he explained everything he was doing, he was accomodating to my requests, he was on time and respectful. If there was any issue he immediately responded and made changes to meet my needs. He stayed within the budget I outlined. His employees were freindly and skilled, easy to work with. I would definately hire him again.

Gary is a commensurate professional. Also, he surrounds himself with a team that is responsive, diligent, and quite fun to be around. I would absolutely hire him again.

We hired ACS to put in a new bathroom in our basement. After interviewing several contractors, we chose Gary because he was honest and straightforward and we felt we could trust him right off the bat. He didn't let us down! Our project took a little longer than expected but Gary was considerate in keeping us updated on delays and timelines. Gary's crew was consistently respectful of our home and privacy. Our project turned out so much better than I had expected considering the small space that they had to work with. The bathroom is both beautiful and functional. One of the biggest things that I appreciated about ACS was the way the price their projects. They are not paid by the hour, but rather gave us a quote for the entire project from start to finish. We ended only a couple hundred dollars over the original estimate and that was solely due to some upgrades that we opted for. We will absolutely use ACS in the future and look forward to working with them on our next project!

Occasional difficulty with scheduling, but well worth the money and time. I would very much recommend them to other people.

I hired ACS to complete a closet remodel which entailed cutting into the wall to open up the closet, and adding new sliding doors. Gary was easy to schedule with for both the initial meeting and getting the work done. His crew was done in 1 day with the project and it looks fantastic. He was able to find some very pretty fir doors that make the room look even better. I would highly recommend using ACS.

I hired ACS-Seattle, llc to install an underground drainage system and to replace a couple of ineffective downspouts. I also had an old concrete pathway resurfaced with new concrete. The second phase of this project was to repair the chimney, caulking the cracks on both sides of it to prevent water intrusion. ACS-Seattle's chief operations architect maintained communication with me during the project to answer any questions I had. This resulted in customer satisfaction. I would recommend ACS-Seattle to anyone who needs repair or construction work done. The price was right and I am very satisfied.

My experience with ACS was positive from beginning to end. I wanted to divide my garage into two spaces: a workshop and a pantry area. Gary (the owner) stopped by to talk with me about the project. He asked great questions and listened closely to understand what I was trying to accomplish. He generated a detailed estimate on the spot, and said that his crew could complete the work the very next day. The crew was friendly and efficient and the project turned out great. When I noticed that they had forgotten to include a couple of outlets that we had discussed, Gary sent one of his guys the very next day to take care of it.

Below average framing and drywall finish. Sometime.did not show-up on days or times promised. Little to no quality control or supervision of "union" works. Seemed more interested in getting paid than quality of work.

Gary is easy to work with and he does follow up. As we all projects, it's not always on time. He has great guys working for him who tried to keep the area clean.

Gary and the crew were a great pleasure working with. IWhen we need other work in the future Gary will be getting a call.

Did the best he could with a post-and pier foundation.

I contacted this contractor late at night via email. The next morning, he replied to my email, followed up with a phone call and a visit to my front yard to assess the site. It turned out that he had his equipment staged a couple of blocks away at another project, and would be wrapped up with that by early afternoon. He would be able to swing by my place afterward. When he arrived, it took only 20 minutes to do the job ( remove 14 basalt landscaping boulders). He did a great job and was able to coordinate his time and equipment between two projects with skill. What I had been planning for over a year took only 20 minutes to complete.

The overall experience was great. Gary and his team were always on time and the job (once started due to weather delays) was done in the time frame that I was given. Gary and his team are very professional and courteous and the finished product looks great. I'm very happy with the decision I made to hire ACS and will (and have already) recommend them to friends and would gladly use their service again myself one day.

Gary and his team did a great job installing new windows on our house in Ballard. Initially Gary estimated two days for the project, but brought in extra staff in order to complete it in one day. The crew was well-mannered and had good attention to detail. He did a good job showing us where we could save money on the project without compromising quality, and threw in a repair to our siding that was a concern to me for basically nothing. I appreciated the prompt and detailed communication, including detailed proposals and updates by email. The price of the job was exactly as quoted. A pleasure to work with and I highly recommend.
