  Ken came by first to view the house, give a quote, discuss special needs (e.g., sensitivity to the cleaning solution and alternatives), and figure out how to hook up his truck to the water source and get the hose to our third-floor condo. He is a very nice, low-key guy with decades of experience. We scheduled the cleaning for later in the week. The only hangup on the day he arrived was that he needed to run to the store for a part to reach the water source. Once the job started, Ken and his crew were thorough, careful and excellent. Ken came by the following week to clean our windows and did a fine job. He treated our home with respect, which we appreciated. The pricing was fair and we would definitely call on him again

  The entire experience was excellent. Gus and his assistant (I cannot recall his name) were punctual, professional and courteous. But most importantly, they did a superb job cleaning 2 very dirty vintage chairs. One of the chairs was covered with deep sticky stains that I knew would be difficult to remove. However, Gus and his assistant did a great job in making most of the stains disappear. Even the deepest stains were greatly diminished. Those few deeper stains are barely noticeable. Overall, we are very pleased with the job

  I have used Deluxe to clean my Persian-style Karastan carpet for 40 years. I wouldn't trust it to anyone else! They have always done an excellent job, including fringe replacement when needed.   I had a sick cat that made a mess of a beautiful rug that is a family heirloom. We contacted several rug cleaning companies and none would guarantee pet odor removal. We were so happy to find Martin and his Pet Pee Pee videos on YouTube. He seemed so passionate about the cleaning process that we did not hesitate to contact him.   I paid for a DEEP cleaning of my bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. I specifically stated that the most important thing to me was the bedroom, that I have 2 pets and wanted all the hair, food crumbs, litter etc. gone and that I wanted it VERY clean. They said okay no problem. 2 of them cleaned the kitchen for an hour and 1 of them cleaned my bedroom and bathroom for an hour and then they left. The kitchen and bathroom aren’t bad, they definitely aren’t deep cleaned, but an average clean. They did not clean the insides or outsides of the fridges, and didn’t clean the insides of the stoves. In the bathroom there was still cobwebs around the light fixtures and in the corners, and the baseboards still had readily visible dirt/dust. What I’m really upset about though is my bedroom, the room I specifically told them I really wanted deep cleaned really well. As far as I can tell they ran a quick vacuum over the rugs and wiped some of the surfaces down and that’s all. There’s still tons of pet hair, pet crumbs, and litter, they didn’t move anything to get the hair and dust behind it, just did a quick vacuum/wipe down. I could’ve done that in half the time and saved a lot of money. I paid them because I wanted it to be professionally cleaned and I was greatly disappointed

  Wanted to get a natural fiber rug.&nbsp; Found a discount that they offered on Angie's List.&nbsp; Went to their site, but couldn't decide what I wanted.&nbsp; Eventually purchased 10 samples which went toward my final purchase price.&nbsp; The samples are small so it was still difficult to make a decision, but after overly thinking about it made a selection and placed my order.&nbsp; Got the rug pretty quickly and was overall very pleased.&nbsp; The one draw back is that they don't have a show room so you can't see a full sized rug, just samples. <br /
