One of the Straitline guys was doing another job at the same apartment complex at the same time, and found my wallet! I really, really appreciated that! Their bidding process is carried light speed, from appointment setting to receiving estimates. Just yesterday, I received an estimate 1 hour after an appointment with one of their Sales Reps. Bath Fitter offers a huge range of options at different price points. Their product is aesthetically pleasing and durable. Bath FitterThey were clean and professional and really did finish in one day which was important to us since our home only has 1 bathroom. The work they did was beautiful and for the cost a great deal! I did have an issue with the shower doors, water was able to spray out from under them. I called and they came right out to fix. Patrick was a pleasure to work with through the estimate process and was very helpful in assisting me with figuring out the details. Scheduling was easy and when Jake arrived he was very pleasant, considerate and conscientiously always had his mask on, and explained the installation process by stepping me through it. It was a very interesting experience to watch them work. Jake was so diligent in keeping me apprised of how the job was coming along and he was very pleasant and enjoyable to work with. His knowledge and expertise was evident in his work. Joel and his other team mate worked consistently all day until the job was done. They both turned out beautifully and I'm very pleased with the way it looks now and can't wait to take a nice long soak in the beautiful garden tub!
