"Our #1 goal is to help save our valued Angie's List clients the high cost of replacement by repairing and restoring old worn and damaged fixtures for a very reasonable and economical price. Refinished bathtubs will last well with proper care and maintenance. Although the bathtub was damaged just following the end of the one year guarantee, we came back and performed the repair at no charge. Now a new area has become damaged and although the guarantee had expired a year ago, we offered to repair the damage at cost only- as a good will gesture. We understand your concern and am sorry you were not 100% satisfied. We were upfront with the disclosure that the tub was severely damaged by whomever removed the shower door and the cosmetic localized repair you requested could only be completed 'best as possible'. Because of this we agreed to only charge for our minimum field service repair of $135 not the $185 as was noted incorrectly in the review. The finisher called to see if he could come a half hour earlier than scheduled because he was outside waiting at 7:30 am. Great, I said!
The job went smoothly and the prep work was done very carefully with no effort spared to do a good job.
the job was done within an hour and a half and everything went well. when I had a question about a spot on the finish the e-mail response was very prompt and attentive to my question. It proved to be a non-issue.
For the cost and ease with which this whole process went I would definitely recommend this company.
"We are very proud of our finished products and would be glad to come out and repair the small black spot. Although the 3 visits is true, you were not sure about doing the second sink in the bathroom and had us return for a second trip the next day. We still discounted the sink at the price that we would have done it the first visit. We returned for a third trip due to other workmen that were working the day the work was done and created dust that damaged the sinks as they were drying. When we left, you had remarked how beautiful the work looked and how much you appreciated the hard work. We hope that we may again be of service in the future."
Cory told me that the job would take about an hour to do and then would need to cure for 2 days.
I made the appointment for Friday, and they were here right on time at 8:00 am finished by 9:05 am. The sink looked really good. On that Sunday I removed the masking off the faucet. The sink looks just like new and we didn't have to remove anything nor tear out tiling for a new sink.
Did a great job, protected all the area around the sink including the floor, cleaned up when complete. Very professional
