Why didn’t I use them ten years ago when I got the house ? Seriously, I have been dreading having to get the shower replaced. Now there is no need for that, four hours of labor and my shower looks like a brand new one! Very fair price & highly recommended!

The bathtub and shower tile was refinished and looks great! I am really happy with the overall appearance. However, my service technician's truck broke down and he did not contact me to say he wasn't coming. I called him. He came the next day, and left a mess in the house, including some drips on the hardwood floors that were hard to remove. However, the bathtub does look great now!

It did not go quite as well as when we first used Miracle Method. When they were owned by another owner, but they did fix the problem. I love the concept of MM but I believe that their techs and one of the office staff need a little more training on customer service. If you want to change the look of your bathroom &/or kitchen (they even did my RV) for HALF the cost this is definitely the way to go. Just be sure to have the tech explain EXACTLY what he will be doing and what the end product will look like when done to be sure you understand and can make your likes or dislikes known. All in all MM is a good product and they do end up making the customer happy. Shout out to Barbara in the front office for being such a GREAT customer service rep! Others could use some more training.

Decently well. There was an issue with residue leaking from the truck, but it worked out. It was a 4 hour fix + the smell lingering for days, but a reasonably quick and affordable change for our bathroom=WAY easier than demo/reno.

One needed to be redone due to some moisture on the title , they came and re-did it , very professional. Sometimes a bit hard to communicate over the phone , as it goes straight to the answering machine , but overall a very good service, backed up by 5 years warranty.

It went very well. The technician arrived on time and completed the project in a short amount of time. My bathtub looks new.

Changed ugly 1970’s yellow cultured marble into more updated white with taupe speckles. Because sink is off center and old counter was 62” wall-to-wall, we would have had to order a custom counter to replace. Resurfacing was only 25% of the cost of replacement. Quite a savings!! End result looks really nice!!

It is now repaired and holds water and looks great.

It looks as good as new. The porcelain had worn very thin in the center of the tub. The black cast iron was starting to show through. It took about three hours and the tech was done. I do recommend planning on staying somewhere else the first night (if the bathroom is near where you sleep). The cleaning compounds and paint have a very strong resin smell. I highly recommend this company! See the before and after photos.

The gouges were touched up perfectly, Barbara picked a good design that went well with coloring in the areas. Dorian was later than expected and there was some overspray, but the counters turned out great. He did a great job taking off old caulking.

It went well. The company sent someone out to look at and measure my countertops before giving me a price. They were upfront about all involved costs. The other companies I called gave me a number over the phone with out looking at the countertops. The guy who came out brought many samples of the stone looking products for me to choose from. The workman came the following week to do the work. He did everything in one day. He fixed the grout and chips and put the stone look on my countertops. The countertop looks good and am I am satisfied with the results.

Miracle Method sent out an estimator named Nick who was very nice and explained the process. The price was fair with no hidden fees. The worker who did the work was on time and did a beautiful job repairing my tub. He took the time to talk to me about what he was going to do and answered all my questions before he started. The cracks are gone and it looks brand new!
