Tony did a great job. He refinished 3 showers and a tub. They look brand new. He was on time courteous and conscientious. I highly recommend North county refinishing.

Tony has different types of equipment, ventilators, fans, respirators, exhaust venting. He thoroughly prepares your bathroom so the dust and odors of chemicals are vented to the outside. He discusses his routine over the phone with you before the job, talks about what the problem may be. He asks for e-mailing pictures of the areas on the tub so he can check it out beforehand. Or maybe I just told him I could e-mail him some pictures of the tub. We e-mailed back and forth about what schedule would work for me and him, we talked on the phone, and set it up.
He was prompt in arrival and ready to work. It's a lot of work for him when your tub is in as bad a shape as our old tub was.
Tony works alone, I believe, and he is a very personable and articulate man. He takes extra care not to get your house dirty or smelly or dusty. We were very happy with his work. The tub looksgreat and there are no low spots in the bottom where water used to pool.
