Overall, the project went quite well and was completed around the timeframe Dustin quoted me. I even had some last minute changes, such as replacing the master bathroom mirror. Not a problem; Dustin took care of it. What helped was that Dustin kept me up-to-date on what was happening. Even though they had to work around our three Miniature Schnauzers and sometimes around our work schedules, they were respectful of our pets and of us. They also had to work around a recently completed covered back porch and other bamboo flooring, so they were careful with their tools, etc. They worked during the week and sometimes during the weekends; they also worked long hours but they didn't rush. They are true professionals! I was sorry that I wouldn't be seeing them anymore (until the next project, that is)

  • Full Spectrum Contracting LLC
We bought a mobile home in Apache wells 55+ community. I did not like the fact that the whole house was paneling. I initially wanted sheet rock installed in the whole house. I contacted Full Spectrum and they suggested putting gripper primer on the paneling and filing in the grooves with mud, then texturing the walls and painting. This was also a much cheaper way to achieve the look I wanted. They also inquired if I wanted the bathroom remodeled. We had plans to remodel the bathroom any way, so I asked to put that in the price quote. The price was very reasonable, so we agreed. I am very happy that we agreed and the bathroom looks fabulous. The price was over what was originally bid, but there are problems you encounter with a mobile home that you don't with a stick built house. The project was completed in approximately 3-4 weeks and we couldn't be happier with the results. Will definitely use them again. Floyd and Sue are great people to work with. Keep in touch

We loved their manner, and they were very wonderful with us. We also bought the mobile home from them and they did a very good job with us on that as well.

  • The Red & Blue Plumbing Co
Excellent. I had a heck of a time finding someone who would work on plumbing on a mobile home. He came on a Saturday and came back on a Monday to do the second job. He was polite, cleaned up after himself and his prices are reasonable. He covers Bexar and Medina counties.

  • Mobile Home Headquarters
Mark and his crew tore down, moved and set up our mobile home in a new Park. They worked hard and consistently until the work was done and when there was a major problem during the move they worked to fix and repair the damage they didn't even cause. The home is older and the hitch broke, Mark found a new hitch, welded it on and boarded up the wall where it crumpled. His crew leveled the house to almost perfect. He removed the boards and did everything possible to push the damaged wall back in place. It doesn't look bad at all. Mark even bought extra bricks for the leveling and took the old tires to scrap to save us time and money. Mark also offered tips on where to find new skirting and panels to replace the damaged ones and offered to go with us when we bought it and offered his services (for a fee, of course) to help replace them and said he could also patch the insulation underneath the house. The crew was great! They answered my questions and were very polite. And boy! did they work. They didn't take breaks and they did the work quickly and efficiently. Mark explained that the crew that moved it the first time did not place the bricks or tie downs at the correct places and that his crew would do it right and it would be safer and distribute the weight of the home better. I would use them again for moving and I will call them for repair work on the exterior as soon as I can. If A++ were available as a rating I would give it gladly

The service, quality, and price was outstanding. They came on the day they said they would and did it at the price they quoted me at. This company is phenomenal. They even did some extra work at no additional charge. The only thing I would like to note is they do not itemize their billing.

We've had 2 custom homes built and 2 years ago we had some kitchen remodeling done on our other home. We had 3 bids and felt confident in the contractor we selected when he said his cabinet maker would do a great job. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. My husband and I are DIYers and were dismayed to see his employees were not very experienced or skilled. For the current work we are having done on a vacation/retirement house we selected Accolate from Angie's List. Gordon promptly called and came out to see what we needed. We felt so comfortable with him, and his price, that we signed a contract without even getting other bids. Gordon has come out twice a day and often more than that to check on the progress. That was not the case with our previous experiences. Gordon's employees have a lot of experience and are hard workers. Since we're retired we would know if they were slacking off. The cabinets he had made are obviously from a very skilled cabinet maker. Contruction usually turns up with a few surprises. When we had Gordon look at the Sun Room for his bid, we were unaware of extensive water and termite damage. A less scrupulous contractor could easily have cosmetically fixed the floor and walls. Gordon went beyond our expectations in fixing it and did so at a nominal charge. Our project isn't finished, but we've been very impressed. When the work is completed I'll complete the review

They did a real good job. There was more damage under there than they had initially thought. They finished the job in couple of days.
