- Alamo Handyman LLCI needed to make repairs in my attic as part of selling my condo. It was easy to schedule an appointment for an estimate and later to schedule the work to be done. The estimator was very knowledgeable and helped me understand how the work would be done. On the day of repairs John reviewed the work to be done and set to work. Later a coworker arrived to assist. John and Bill got to work and completed the work in a few hours. The work was well done and they were careful to pickup after themselves. I asked that whenever they were not in my garage (cutting sheetrock) to close the garage door and they were careful to do so each time. They were professional and personable. A very pleasant experience. I've used Alamo Handyman for 2 other projects and would recommend them to anyone. It was very easy working with the office as well. I called a few times to ask questions and each time, everyone was pleasant to work with and very helpful
- Integrity Roofing & SidingWe could not have found a better company. Work was done in February 2019. Workers were prompt and courteous. They cleaned things up at the end of each day. They came early and stayed as late as necessary to finish whatever they were working on and pickup as needed. Sometimes there were 10-15 or more people working. We do not have one single complaint. Top quality products were used. We got the upgraded roof. It took them about a week to get everything done. They even painted our new garage door. Price was competitive with the other estimate we got from a contractor with mediocre reviews. We would definitely use them again and have recommended them to friends and family. - Integrity Roofing & SidingI couldn't be more pleased. We discussed with Steven the problem we were having with leakage around the fireplace flashing and on the flat patio cover roof. He explained how the flashing should have been installed . We chose to also re-do the patio cover roofing while we were doing the flashing re-do. We encountered a problem when the installers somehow broke through the patio cover decking. Integrity quickly ordered new decking and installed it the next day. Steven then came to the house on Dec 1 (after the Thanksgiving weekend), and did a close inspection of the work and did a water test with a hose to assure that our problem had been corrected. (This was even after we had paid.) Steven was so respectful of us and our concerns and followed up on every issue we brought to him. I felt that we were in the hands of a true professional

The estimator came out to take a look, but stated that due to the recent storms they had a backlog and were even having to turn jobs away. He also said that it was taking more than a week to even accomplish the estimates. I was willing to wait. After two weeks, however, I hadn't heard back, so I called to check on the status. At that point I was told they couldn't handle my job. I think there was a communication breakdown somewhere along the line as to my work being warranty work. The owner, Ronnie, got involved personally and profusely apologized, stating that due to the increased workload and some new hires, things hadn't gone as smoothly as he would've liked. Afterwards, we were well taken care of. The name "Integrity" says it all. Ronnie really worked to make things right for us, and I would highly recommend this company

Did not notice them ever taking extended breaks. The work took the whole day and into a second day. They offered to finish it the next day (Saturday) but I deferred to the next week. The work was meticulous, precise, and done with exacting care. The results are absolutely beautiful. They will not leave any job until they know you are 100% satisfied. They did a full cleanup in all areas they worked. This company is honest and does marvelous work, at a price that's a bargain for the number of hours they invest. I have not seen better in the 16 years I have lived in San Antonio

"The service was outstanding! They went above and beyond for us. My wife was scheduled for surgery when our AC stopped working, We checked Angie's list and called Toned Homes, they came out immediately, and troubleshot the problem. they got us running temporarily but it was determined we needed a new inside unit. While I was at hospital with my wife for the procedure my son let them in to replaced the unit. They worked tirelessly to make sure that my wife could rest comfortably when we got home. All the technicians along with Tone himself showed so much concern for my wife's well being that I felt I was dealing with family. Tone even worked well into the night to make sure the unit was up and running and the house was cool.
