Great job repairing and replacing our stucco

The owner operator responded quickly to my quote request. They came to my residence within a day to discuss my needs and provided a quote before leaving. The price was very reasonable. They were able to fit my 2-day job into their schedule within a week. It was obvious from the high quality of the work provided that having the owner as part of the crew played a huge role in getting the job done quickly and efficiently.

Mr. Sanchez and his sons did an amazing job on repairing our front facing stucco wall. He kept my wife and I well informed on their progress, from deploying his scaffolding system to the actual repair, seal, texture and paint. Any resulting debris from the days' work was cleaned up before leaving, truly respecting our property. The house looks amazing! We hired Mario and crew to do some stucco repairs on our home. Some were minor, and some were much larger repairs. They arrived on time and finished in no time at all! When they came out to begin the work, we actually added additional items to the list. They completed the work in a timely and efficient manner. More than that, they did EXCELLENT quality work! Some of the repairs they completed had been done previously (by who knows...former owners had it done before we purchased), that work was not done well and you could tell! They repaired an entire stucco column that had been badly damaged and cracked due to shoddy repair work in the past. When MS Quality Stucco finished...you could not even tell a repair had been done! The column blended seamlessly! They also went above and beyond the requested work and walked around the home making repairs to a few other cracks and things they noticed. Mario communicated clearly and frequently about the status of the job as well as the process of the work they would do. One more thing I appreciated about their work was the way they cleaned up after the job was done! There was no evidence left behind that they had been here! Everything was returned to the original condition or better! We would not hesitate to recommend them or use their services again. Very honest, hard working, friendly, and respectable guys!

I needed substantial repair of traditioal stucco on a bungalow in a historic district. My experience with this company was excellent. Mario and son are true artisans who do not do quick fixes. Their work ethic is beyond compare. If you want quality work look no further. As others have written, Mario is on time, in constant contact regarding work progression, honest and of the highest integrity. He goes the extra mile and prides himself on working one job at a time. The work you are having done takes priority over all. I would hire this company again in a heartbeat. It was an absolute joy working with Mario and he is worth every dollar I paid. Mario and his son, I would hire these two again in a heartbeat. they showed up on time to review the job, gave me a great price, started the next day, and the stucco repair looks as if it never was even repaired...that is the distinction of a solid craftsman. Great communication, and just awesome quality. I plan on giving his information to my neighbors who also need some stucco repair. Just a class act !!!

Mario and his crew were professional and qualified. We had several large cracks on our home that needed to be repaired. Instead of doing a "fast fix", they covered the entire area with a fiberglass mesh and then covered with stucco and completely matched our stucco pattern. They matched our paint and applied two coats. The walls look great. It has only been two weeks, so I am hoping that the repairs will last for many years. They covered the rocks and plants, and cleaned the area daily. For the quality of work, the price was reasonable. I would recommend them and we will hire them for other stucco jobs in the future.

On time and repairs made were perfect match to existing stucco. Even pointed out a spot where a squirrel had chewed a hole in the roof and made the repair. Very professional! Highly recommend and would use this company in a heartbeat!

They did a great job. They come to get a estimate the second day I called, and provide me couple options. They also did a great color match. And they paint the whole side wall in a day with double coat. They use high quality stucco. Very enjoy the result.
