    Superbly, as usual! (Brian's been my go-to computer guy since at least 2011). He assessed repair options - they looked poor. I obtained replacement, Dell XPS 9510, which had an empty 2nd solid state hard drive slot. He moved the older HD into the empty slot, set a back-up program to copy into the new computer's much-bigger drive, and I'm up and running again. Brian's a star; I'm very grateful

    My old laptop would not charge, and it has the kind of battery that must be removed by a professional. It was also slow. CCCP Help quickly diagnosed the problem (a fried hard drive) and offered two options: Repair it or buy/build a new one for me. Jennifer (the business owner) explained my options and the prices in detail, all while patiently answering my many questions. I went with option 2 and am thrilled. She got me a refurbished, high-end, commercial-quality laptop and installed a brand-new hard drive. She also recovered my data, moved the data to the new laptop, destroyed my old hard drive and recycled my old computer. The price was a fraction of what I would have paid for a new version of this model, and about the same price as if I had purchased a new (but cheap and inferior) replacement

    Excellent the owner was absolutely amazing, accommodating and professional. My computer was fixed the same day and my other two were fixed and returned the next day. I have been in business for 38 years and had never had a computer tech be so knowledgeable in his profession, (i,e) my computers were covered by Hewitt Packet at different times. I had a contract with them for repair. The tech's there told me on 4 different occasions that the computers I had were had crashed and couldn't be fixed. They even remotely got into my computer and could not fix them at all

    His work was done remotely. Brian examined the problem which admittedly was hard to identify. I had initially requested the IT people at my work to help me; they gave up saying the problem was on my end and could not help me. Brian spent many hours trying to find the problem and identified a stop-gap solution. He also was able to tell me what he had found in words I could understand. He subsequently contacted me saying that he had another idea and wished to try it. Again, connected to my computer remotely. and his new idea worked completely. He did not even charge me more for the implementation of the new idea

    He suggested that I try connecting to my router with an Ethernet cable instead of wirelessly. he was hoping to be able to connect to my laptop remotely. That also was not working so he connected to my wife's laptop so he could show me what to do on my laptop. He discovered that my laptop had been assigned a bad IP address so he had me go in and manually change the IP address as well as the DNS server IP address. That didn't work immediately, but after a reboot I was back in business. What a relief! His price was very reasonable, especially for same-day service

    My 7-year old HP laptop suddenly died on 9/6/2021 (Labor Day). Despite the holiday, I phoned AL at Cyber Team Solutions (he had originally setup the unit). During a phone consultation, he advised that repair was a waste. He then offered replacement characteristics so I would know what to buy. On 9/15, he arrived at my home where he transferred my files and reconfigured the new unit to behave just like the old one. Great customer care!
