"After receiving 5 bids/estimates from Portland metro area contractors, I chose Jace Costanzo because he agreed to build our shower room just as we requested, removing and replacing cvg fir base trim, and using the specific floor, shower, and wall tile that we wanted. His price was in the middle of the pack, and his schedule, expertise, and finished product surpassed all the others. Jace thoroughly cleaned up the work site daily, was extremely pleasant to deal with, and I look forward to hiring Jace for our next soaking tub room project. I strongly recommend Jace for anyone looking for efficient craftsmanship at a reasonable price."
