"My experience with Traeger Plastering was by far the best experience I’ve had with anyone working on my house. Tony responded to my inquiry within hours and was there the next day to look at my damage and give me a quote. The next day, I had a ceiling above my bathtub and the walls and ceiling of my kitchen repaired. It was that easy. Tony and his team repaired water damage on two areas of my kitchen ceiling and one area of my kitchen wall. They also replaced crumbling and missing plaster over my bathroom tub with wallboard that was then plastered, glazed, and caulked. The work is top-notch. They were here right when he said they’d be, and the work was reasonably priced. They were also clean. There’s not a particle of plaster dust in my house; they even swept up the bits of plaster that were already all over my kitchen before they got there. Most importantly, Tony is a nice guy. I think most of us ladies have had experiences with contractors or handymen who’ve come in to our houses and talked down to us or—even worse—talked down to us before asking to speak to our husbands. That’s not Tony. Tony’s a friendly man who puts you right at ease and explains everything to you without being condescending. Tony also loves animals and will make sure your pets don’t get out while he and his team are working. I waited until I'd finished priming and painting their work to post this just to make sure everything was kosher. And it's really just beautiful work; you'd never know that it was patched even though parts of it *were* patched before they did their work. "Sweet Success came to do a number of jobs for me - painting and caulking windows, painting a front door, installing insulation, replacing water damaged trim. "The pipes in all of the houses in our neighborhood have been exploding for years, our kitchen was the latest victim. We also had some bad electrical work done by an earlier remodel - After getting both of those things fixed, we had holes in a few places... I also have hated the ceiling in our sunroom since we moved in (15+ years ago) - so I wanted to get that taken down / replaced with new drywall, and I wanted the walls repainted. I also wanted the ceiling on our second floor sanded and painted because the same people who screwed up the electrical work painted the ceiling (four years ago) and the paint was chipping in a large area. We had multiple people come in who all agreed that we needed the same work done but the prices varied wildly. I went with Carmen - he was the most down to earth with the best price. It turned out that our ceiling was not "removable" - the former owner had smeared caulking (or something similar) on the wood ceiling and put peaks/a design all over the place. In addition to fixing my holes in my walls and ceilings, and fixing the chipping ceiling upstairs, they had to sand the 15x15 ceiling. They did it all - wonderfully. It took a couple of days longer than expected, but I waited 15 years to get that room done and two extra days was no big deal. My sunroom looks so much bigger now. They were professional; they kept me apprised of what they had completed at the end of every day; and the work that they did looks amazing! I highly recommend them!!!show more

"Rob had done work for us about 2 years ago when we finished our basement. He completely drywalled the entire area and did a fantastic job! I recently decided to close in an area where a large fish tank had been built in. Unfortunately I thought I would be able to finish the drywall myself. I was wrong. After about 2 weeks and multiple coats, it did not look good. I contacted Rob who fit me into his schedule; (he came on a Saturday). He assessed my work (and was very kind considering my sub-par repair), and went to work. He would have completed the job in one visit but with about 3/4 of the work done, the power went out. This guy can actually finish drywall in the dark, using a flashlight! He came back a day later for a short visit to finish up. I would highly recommend Rob for any drywall job, large or small. He does great work and very personable. Thanks again Rob for bailing me out of a jam.show more

"The stucco on our home was cracking and bulging. I interviewed six contractors and we hired Joe Vance. He was professional, punctual and thorough. He emailed itemized proposals including a scope of work. He recommended applying a concrete base (Portland cement mix) with mesh and a dyed to match acrylic top coat. It was a great call and our home looks wonderful. I was skeptical if it would increase the value of the home but I do think it has. Joe completed this work in the winter and instead of taking a shortcut by adding anti-freeze to his mix which in turn dilutes the process and materials, he set-up scaffolding, tented each section and ran heaters to keep the appropriate temperature. We were so pleased with Joe and his crew that we hired them to do interior plaster and paint work. I highly recommend Joe and his team and we look forward to hiring him again in the future.show more

"I cant say enough about the quality of the workmanship and the positive overall experience of working with George!&nbsp; I was the owner/builder of my home and without question, working with George&nbsp;was the easiest and most pleasurable part of the entire building experience!&nbsp; <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />This is simply due to George's desire and willingness to provide&nbsp;whatever it took to give me the finished product I wanted.&nbsp; I found him to be dependable, reliable, timely, honest and was I was constantly surprised by the quality of his workmanship and the extra attention to every detail he gave form the amazing ceiling drop-down center pieces to the elaborate ceiling designs which are around each light fixture or ceiling fan.&nbsp;&nbsp; <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />George provided examples of a number of finishes on a wall of my house so I could choose which one to use where.&nbsp; He incorporated a variety of finishes from smooth to textured to skip-trowel etc.&nbsp;and I&nbsp;couldn't have been more pleased.&nbsp; And his advice on which designs&nbsp;and finishes to use were and why was invaluable.&nbsp;&nbsp; <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Also I found&nbsp;he&nbsp;is&nbsp;a man of his word, in honoring his contract and his work-guarantee.&nbsp; An example is&nbsp;that a year after&nbsp;the house was completed,&nbsp;another contractor had to cut into a wall in several areas to install&nbsp;bracing for addition I was having&nbsp;constructed.&nbsp;&nbsp; And&nbsp; although&nbsp;making&nbsp;these repairs were not Georges&nbsp;responsibility, he stepped in and made&nbsp;flawless repairs free-of-charge!&nbsp; <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />To this day, I receive complements on his workmanship where the ceiling&nbsp;just &quot;glow&quot; and &quot;shimmer&quot;&nbsp;in the sunlight and after years, there&nbsp;hasn't been a single crack&nbsp;occur throughout the houses many intricate angles and 2 story great room and cantilevered walkway! <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Lastly,&nbsp;he protected hardwood banisters and staircase&nbsp;to avoid any&nbsp;damage and at the conclusion of the job, cleaned the work area to where you wouldn't know he was there! <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />In short, if you choose another plaster, you wont be getting the best and at the best price.&nbsp; Nor will the experience be hassle free and enjoyable.&nbsp; It was such a pleasure to be &quot;surprised&quot; by his exceeding my expectations as opposed to just meeting them! <br />show more
