Chuck was fast and professional. Made it exceptionally painless and did a great job. Would hire again

The work was satisfactory to good. I would have preferred to have had a written contract but Mr. Tarantini is an honest man.

Very Good Job. He came on time, courteous and professional. He we a fine gentleman clearly knew what he was doing. The job was completed in the amount of time he anticipated.

Everything went very smoothly, and the work was well done. Chuck is very pleasant to work with.

I had contacted him to give me a quote, and then (due to some uncertainty on my part regarding the name/phone number of the other person who was coming to do a quote as well), left a message for him (and the other person, to cover myself) that "if he was the person coming on Sunday, that I needed to change the date and please call; otherwise, please ignore this message." Well, apparently he listened to PART of the message (which the other person did not at all), and he was the one who was supposed to come on Monday, not Sunday, but he did not show up on Monday. I waited around for him, but he never showed, and since the other person (who did not listen to HIS message) showed up on Sunday, I knew that he was supposed to be there Monday. So, I called him several times, left a text msg or two, and was finally able to speak to him 2 hours after he was supposed to show. He claimed that I had told him not to come, (even though the message specifically said that if he was scheduled to come Monday, to ignore that voice message.) He stated he'd have to come next weekend and hung up, I tried calling him back; he didn't answer, and I also left another text to him to call me and set up a new appt. NO ANSWER. The following week, (Thursday), he called me and said, "I will be at your home in 1/2 hour." Meanwhile, I was not home at the time, and had not even expected a call-back by this point. I told him that we did NOT have an appt set up that day, that I wasn't home, and asked him to give me a moment to look at my calendar. He said "Oh, ok, another time," and HUG UP on me while I was checking my calendar! This was EXTREMELY unprofessional behavior! I don't care how long his family has been in business -- this is NOT the way to talk to customers or treat themd if one wants to CONTINUE being in business!! I do NOT recommend this plasterer based upon his absolutely horrific customer disservice.

Everything went really well. Chuck was responsive, professional, and nice. We left him alone with the job most of the day and came home to find no more hole in our ceiling. He was great, and we would definitely hire him again (although we are hoping not to have a gaping hole in our ceiling again any time soon).

Charles was easy to communicate with and communicated the appropriate amount, gave a fair quote, was friendly and courteous on-site, was prompt, and did a quality job quickly. Only making one call if I need plastering services again.

He came early instead of coming late. He covered everything and cleaned up when he left. I have very high remarks for him. I'll use him again!

Chuck was very nice and fixed exactly what we needed.

Chuck and Frank were able to get the job done in three days. They were very punctual each day and were wrapped up by mid-afternoon each time. The first day, they were very thorough in laying down protection for our hardwood floors and the carpeted bedroom, and all the trim work, and by the end of the first day, the first coat was well on it's way. By day three we had newly plastered walls that looked like they never had been textured before. We've given it some time to cure, and it'll be ready to paint very soon.

Excellent workmanship. He worked by himself and did an "old school" repair with plaster of Paris.

It took more time than expected, but they stuck with the job and completed it in fine fashion.
