For everyone else, the job was too small, they claimed to be booked out for months, or the quote was exorbitant (requesting that we go through homeowners insurance). We even had a few that scheduled and ghosted. Sam was sympathetic to our plight and came out promptly. Sam’s guy Bobby was honest, likeable, and quoted me fairly. They both came out and actually walked the roof to assess it entirely, showing me where corners that been cut previously. They then came out within a single week and got the job done ASAP. I am forever grateful. Thank you Bobby and Sam
- Corilo Home SolutionsThey are working on it during a snow squall and I did ask if another date should be used, and they said we work all year in all kinds of weather, the steps are uneven and not smooth overall , the cement on the back underneath the post did not look good, I called Carillo to take a look up and fixed, a person came out 12/16/2022 he filled the holes in the porch and smoothed out the porch and cement under the post in the back under the deck, both jobs look better but the porch steps are not even and the job is not done, cement is still on my lawn and the grass needs to replaced when the machinery they used dug it up

Rick actually answers his phone and I called a lot! He did all the work in the contract time frame no matter how many change orders I did. His foreman Dave, was there every day along with his crew. They were courteous to the neighbors too. I just sold the house (it is a 4 apartment house) and my realtor said this was his first time an inspector said the building and workmanship was awesome! It was the same with the appraiser. That is huge praise. I would recommend him to anyone. 5 stars

And I can't express how clean and tidy they were. When the job was complete, there wasn't one thing to clean up. I've used other contractors in the past and have had so much clean up, and there has always been a mess to clean up - but not with Krain! They were very clean and careful. Overall, I was very pleased with Krain Construction. Brian was upfront with all of the project details and cost. I have to say that if you are thinking of hiring Krain Construction, you won't be disappointed. Krain is a top notch company and I will most definitely hire them again

"We are a townhome community ( I am board member coordinating this project) Jim Scheerbaum and his crew were highly professional and went above and beyond for our needs. He met all of our HOA requirements ( insurance, contracts, etc) They did not leave the site until all 149 decks were completed. This included working on weekends to achieve our goal. Their carpentry skills were excellent and crew was always pleasant. I would highly recommend.
