He came out twice, once to prep and do the job, and second to make sure there were no signs of critters. It's been about 3 months, and no signs of any gophers. I thought in spring (when I am writing this review) that I might see some come back, but still nothing! Tommy was reasonably priced, showed up when he said he would, and did a good job explaining what he needed to do

Cory Abbas from Bulwark came out same day, removed the rats, treated the area, set traps, and inspected our property. - Critter ControlWorst experience in my life. I was lied to and my money was taken. We received a quote from Michael Scott about $6,000. And was told that each payment would be done installments as the work went on but they took it all in one day before the work really got started. I had an employee go up in the attic to set up the raccoon trap he came out and told me that he did not find any feces in my attic at all. I was excited because then I didn't have to come up with $2,000 to have it cleaned. He then go outside call somebody comes back in and goes in my attic and comes back out of my attic and says oh it was over here I missed a spot. Oh who did you talk on the phone to? I said you lied to me and you all been lying to me. At this point they'd already gotten my $2,000 on top of the other four. I had a few different employees coming to my house never on time would call me out of the blue and say oh I'm on my way never even knew they were coming. And I said have you guys caught any raccoons yet he said what we're catching raccoons? I said yes that's what we are catching he said these are mouse chops out here. Are you kidding me I said no we're catching raccoons. I told them I've had enough of them I was exhausted I was mentally drained it was during COVID My husband had gone through cancer treatment I was shot I didn't even want to see him no more and told him to get rid of the contract I was done but they still got my money I just wasn't paying the yearly annual fees no more. So take your money and run somewhere else and run far and fast from critter control

The tech that they sent me whose name was Nicholas G. he placed multiple bait boxes and snap traps outside near the nesting area. He was super informative and polite , and within two weeks I did not notice anymore rat dropping near my house!He would always text me and let me know how many rats we caught when he came to follow up. Would recommend this company and tech to everyone I know

"My attic had a large hole that even a racoon could fit through. Rats also chewed wires and left lots of droppings. Nathan and his crew removed all the droppings and soiled insulation using very powerful professional vacuum systems. Then they sprayed disinfectant to remove any odors. They also erected a plastic sheet tunnel between the attic access and the front door. Nathan sealed the hole with a metal plate to keep all the critters out.
