They are extremely reasonable. I get my front and back. Inside and outside done for $75, I mean it’s crazy. They are good people. I have used them for 5, 6, 7 years. I have used them for a while.

Todd was running early and called to see if we minded him coming a few minutes early for the appointment. When he arrived he was professional and friendly. As I had experienced when I used this service the last time we lived here, they do a very through job when spraying for insects. He not only sprayed all the baseboards, but also did window sills (inside and out), under sinks around pipes, and corners on the ceiling. When dealing with the backyard (that had an infestation of backyard roaches) he brought out a heavy duty sprayer and hit those areas very thoroughly as well.
Having seen many different exterminator services over the years, I am extremely pleased with the thoroughness and value of this service.

Winter Brothers is a top notch pest control company. They responded to my phone call right away and scheduled an appointment for an estimate on removing pigeons on my house and the years worth of droppings. They showed up on time and had a great price too. They cleaned up all around my house very well. There have been no pigeons at all! I can now park in my driveway without the constant droppings all over my car!

They guy that came was not professional at all. He was not dressed at all in a manner that he should have been as his shirt had holes in it and his belly was hanging out. He pulled up and he was upset about needing a large ladder so he had to wait for that. He did not fix the wiring and what he did we questioned and he said to give it a couple of days and it would work. We were not pleased with the service at all as the method that he chose did not work. They did show up when they said they would but they did not have the proper tools to do the work initially. I had to leave and my husband took over watching them do the job after a while. We never called them back so we did not give them a chance to rectify the service but we did not see any point in calling back.

They set up appointment dates for up to a year, so I know when they are coming in advance. They are fairly quick and they have kept the bugs under control. They are very friendly and considerate. The guys even put little booties on before coming into the house.

They were really efficient. He showed me outside some of the spots that were breeding grounds for other bugs that I needed to address.

They set up barriers to prevent the birds. The guy got on the roof and put some material that prevents them from walking around on the roof. It is called hot foot. There was a place where there was a nest and he removed the nest and put in a mesh so that they couldn't get in there any more. He washed everything off with disinfectant and he did a good clean up job. There was a lot of bird mess up there. They were very efficient and they did a good job. The birds haven't come back so we are very happy about that job. Considering what he did I think the price was worth the money. He came exactly when he said he was going to come. He came on time.

We studied on line the pigeon issue in Arizona so had at least some idea of techniques available. We interviewed one other vendor who proposed installing a tension wire at the peak of our roof to keep the males from lighting. The other vendor was more expensive and we were convinced that Winter Bros approach was best for us. Borg and his assistant were at our home just under three hours; were thorough and did everything we were told they would. They also did a great job of clean up. Granted it has only been less than a week since the work was done, but we haven't had a single pigeon on our roof (although we're seeing them on our neighbors'. Extremely pleased.

Technicians arrived late (Scheduled 7AM appointment. I left at 8AM, (they hadn't arrived). They washed the tile roof and entry way (bird feces and some nesting material left near decorative pottery and entry way). Some remaining dried bird feces was left near eaves and on gate. The techs repaired the tiles damaged by the bird.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT IN PROVIDING AN ESTIMATE, EXPLAINING OPTIONS AVAILABLE, AND THEN SCHEDULED THE WORK QUICKLY. THEY SPENT A LOT OF TIME DOING THE WORK ON A VERY HOT DAY. WE HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH PIGEONS SINCE.

THE COMPANY WAS ABLE TO TREAT MY HOUSE FOR TERMITES AND ALSO PROVIDED ME WITH MY ANNUAL PEST CONTROL WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THEM.
