Enjoy working with Kai, Anthony and Brittany, like any job takes a while to get started and get going, but was great job from everybody getting rid of the rats. Thank you now the follow up for the next seven weeks to see if any of them get back in the attic.

A well-known pest company provided regular services for my parents’ home. A horrible stench developed near my dad’s room and said company diagnosed the issue as a rat infestation. They were going to charge my parents’ $13k to remediate the problem. Then I found Kai and Revamped. Within 20 minutes of arriving at the house, they found a dead raccoon lodged in a vent near the air handler. They removed it and THOROUGHLY cleaned the vent. Don’t mess with those big pest control companies! Call Kai instead!

The job they did was very well executed and clean, however we were definitely not expecting the price point. We understand it is cheaper than other companies but we were expecting a free estimate first before we had to decide, and money was collected first day. It would have been nice to financially prepare for this before having to make a decision.

These guys are pros! Prompt, professional, courteous and effective! An antagonized feline had invaded my domicile and taken over the space. Due to its erratic behavior, i figured I better let a professional handle the situation. And handle it he did. Within minutes of arriving, he had the animal caged and out the door! He even went the extra mile to look for a possible owner. Not only do they provide good service, they actually care. Highly recommend this company!
