"Roof was worn out and starting to leak in a couple of places with the massive rains we had been getting lately. Called a couple of places to get estimates and Green Phoenix beat them by a substantial amount. I also like the owners attitude and explanation of how and what they needed to do to fix the roof. A date and time was set and the crew showed up and started the year off. Materials arrived and part of crew did tear off and repair of bad spots in roof while other part of crew started putting down new roofing By the way I used class 4 roofing so it probably won’t need to be fixed in the years I have left. Crew took well deserved lunch break then were back at work. The continued till dusk with tear off. Putting Dow new roof and clean up. Left for the day with a large part completed. Second day arrived on time and continued with repair and replacement. During the tear off they found some major problems which needed to be addressed. They talked with me. Gave me options and let me decide what to do. It upped the cost of the job a little but it did need to be done. Finished with house and detached garage did cleanup. Which was.very good and left. I am quite happy with they way they cleaned up and very happy with the job they did."

We do all types of brick work and stone work from bricking your new home or repairing your existing home. We can also install outside fireplaces and grills ,planters around your flower beds and retaining walls. We are a small four man crew that is family owned and operated.
"Out of three, Rusty Hill was the only mason I called who answered his phone. I left multiple messages with two others and never heard back. Rusty came out and gave me an estimate, told me how long it would take him to fix it, and how he would do it. I hired him a week later when I was unable to get a response from any other masons. He contacted me a few days later to set up the day to start the work. On the day arranged, he and his crew showed up on time and went right to work. Rusty kept me informed as the work went along, and indulged my interest in coming up on the roof and observing the process. He explained everything he did and came and got me when the new cap was on so that I could see it before they removed the scaffolding. The job was finished in two days, as Rusty had promised, came in under the estimate he gave me, and I did not have to pay him a penny until the job was done and I was happy with it. In addition, he cleaned my gutters and he and the crew left the patio in better condition than it was in when they started, cleaning up everything. The roof was well-protected throughout the entire job, and cleaned at the end of it as well. All in all, the best kind of experience with a tradesman.

"Mr. Baxter was extremely difficult to reach. In June, he said he would come by the next week to look at the job and provide an estimate. He didn't show up and over the next 5 weeks did not return a single phone call. He suddenly just showed up at the house, quickly looked at the chimney and provided an estimate. While it is completely understandable that this is a very busy time and Mr. Baxter is probably covered up with work, it is inexcusable to fail to return phone calls. Customers and potential customers should be treated with more consideration and respect. We ended up going a different route and did not hire.

"I am a point's person that is why I like to use my credit card. The owner came and was honest about everything. I decided to use granite instead of marble for counter tops. The quote was free. I would have gone with them if I had gone with granite. Because I had pieces of granite reserved at the distributors and I had three different quotes from three different vendors and theirand lsquo;s was twenty dollars cheaper. It was the credit card, because I do not trust anybody and if they do a bad job and I pay with check or cash there is no recourse action. When you pay with a credit card, you can always dispute it with the credit card company. The credit card is like an extra weight that will be your heavy. I decided to go with tile too.
