Bachle's Fireplace Furnishings

They came out and really couldn't do what I wanted, which was fine but they charged me $150 for 6 minutes time to tell me they couldn't do it... Way too much!

I was interested first in heat, 2nd on looks, so I was quite impressed with the ceramic logs. My fireplace is vented so I didn't have to decide on that. The Hargrove H burner supplied a very natural looking flame. That night I researched on the internet and thought I'd found a bargain, but by the time I added everything I needed and wanted, it added up to more than the price at Bachle's and I would have to install them. In the end I chose the Cross Timbers set for their super realistic look. They were installed a few days later and look and function even better than I hoped.

From the time that I walked in the door and until the installation was completed I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of the staff. I found those that I dealt with to be very knowledgeable and helpful. So often upon entering a business not knowing exactly what you want you are directed to and shown the most expensive item they stock. In my case, not true with Bachle's. I could not be more happy with the product and the service provided.

The owner was very informative and helpful in guiding us to get the correct gas log system for our fireplace and home. Installation was professional, efficient, timely, and the installer cleaned up afterwards. 

I had a lot of confusion (self-imposed probably) about whether I wanted vented or unvented logs. The store people were very clear and methodical about describing the pros and cons of each. I never felt any pressure to go one way or the other, but their consistent information reassured me that what I had learned online was correct for me - we wanted vented logs. We also chose to purchase new fireplace doors to show them off. Kandi came out and measured and gave me great guidance on the types that would work best, including colors etc, but again, I never felt pressured one way or the other - even to make the purchase. Everything was installed promptly and efficiently as promised. Prices were in keeping with most of the other stores I shopped, so for me the biggest plus - the determining factor - was the comfort level I experienced in dealing with the sales and the installation process.

Kandi, the owner of Bachle's, does the measuring and installation. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable about her fireplace products. We needed a custom built door, and I had concluded that I didn't even have the competence to measure all the different parts the online web sites for custom doors needed. She went right to work measuring and inspecting the irregular opening, then told us in detail what she would do, and what kind of door she recommended for our fireplace.
We selected a great looking door, she helped us pick out the perfect color. In two weeks, the door arrived. Kandi brought it over and installed it. It looks GREAT and the installation was perfection.
Kandi is exactly what I look for in a product and service provider. She was all business, but in a very likable way. She was obviously completely knowledgeable about her products, and the ins and outs of installation.
If I had to do another fireplace door, I would call no one but Kandi. I recommend her to all my friends, and tell them what a great experience ordering and getting the door installed was.
Kandi and her company, Bachle's, are the greatest!
