  I placed a request for a clogged pipe in my kitchen. I received a call from a CSR and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Before the serviceman arrived, I was given a call to let me know he was on the way. Brian arrived on time and upon checking to see that what I believed was a blockage deeper in my pipes than just a simple clogged drain, he did in fact confirm that I had a blockage well past the u-bend under my sink... he went right to work and had my pipes cleared out and my drains working freely within 30 minutes... I was VERY happy with his work and professionalism... the price was a little more than I expected but that was my fault for misunderstanding the CSR. I was told that there was a fee for coming out to find the problem and then if work was done it would be more. I thought that meant that the fee for coming out would be included in the price of the services rendered like it has been with other services I have had done after the servicemen came out and given the estimate and then I had them do the work. But, this place is different. The cost of coming out to give an estimate is NOT included in the service costs. I could understand paying that fee if I did NOT have them do the service they were giving me an estimate for. That wasn’t made clear up front and it is the only reason why I can't give a perfect score. Granted, it is a misunderstanding on my part. But, that really should be made clear before hand! The charge for coming out was $89 and then there was a hourly charge of $108 per hour. You pay for the full hour no matter if it takes them 10 minutes or 60 minutes. I will still use them if I ever need plumbing services againshow more

  Joe came in, he was professorially dress. My dog was barking a lot, he made the dog fell safe. He found the leak under the sink. We needed a new disposal. Joe gave me the price in advance and I agreed. Then he left to get the new disposal and installed it quickly, took the old one with him and left area very clean. Thank you Joeshow more

  The service was outstanding. First off when I called the number the ladies on the answering line were awesome and helped me get someone out that day. I had a time conflict due to my work and they were able to accommodate quickly. Once the Repairman (Joe A) arrived he was exactly on time and even a little early which was great. He went directly to the source to identify the leak from the ceiling which was coming from a leaking shower knob as well as the siding. I was so scared because I thought a pipe might have exploded or since it had been raining so much the last couple of days it was coming from somewhere else there was no telling because I just had someone mess with my gutters as well. Anyways he even took part of the wall off behind the shower/tub to assess the pipes and to see exactly where the issue was. He was so professional and kind and you could tell he really wanted to make the issue was resolved and wanted to make me feel comfortable about the issue because I literally was so worried since this was my first house and was freaking out a bit. He fixed the problem and said if I had any issues to just call them back and they would resend someone out. Lovely company to work with deff worth the money to have peace of mind.   AWESOME! Our toilet got clogged and it was so far down that it was backing up the shower too. I sent an email to Hi Tech Plumbing late in the evening with the hopes of getting a phone call when they opened the next morning. An hour after I sent the email I got a response, amazing. They confirmed my suspicion about the problem and said someone would call me the next day to set up a time to come out. I got a phone call at 7:30am, they were at my house by 9:03am and the bathroom was all fixed before 10:30am. They are wonderful! Very professional and it cost exactly what they quoted.   After moving into a new home and finding a clog in the kitchen sink drain, I called Hi-tech and at first, they were too booked to come to my home as soon as I preferred (I made a last-minute request for service, which was not their fault at all.) I made the mistake of calling a different plumber, who came to my home, charged me $250 to snake the line, and when he couldn't make it happen, told me I needed to pay an additional $750 to have completely new pipes installed in my kitchen. Luckily, I had reservations and called Hi-Tech to come scope it out before spending that kind of money. They recommended I have the plumber do a video scope, which is what I originally scheduled. The gentleman who came to my home was very polite and professional. He tried snaking the line before doing the video scope (to save me money) and ended up fixing the issue for just over $100. I can't believe the alternative would have been to pay the other plumber upwards of $1,000 to do work that wasn't necessary. He gave me great advice --- always ask to see the plumber's license.   Called Hi Tech to find out why my drains could not be roto rooted out, They used a camera and determined bottom of cast iron drain pipe was bad. Had to jack hammer open the slab inside my house and replace about 35 feet of bad pipe. Job took a week to complete. Workers were friendly and worked hard when here. Didn't start till 9:30 or later most mornings and would quit for the day around 4:15 to 4:30. Did a good job of keeping area clean daily.   Around 5pm the night before we were to go out of town we noticed water coming from under the wall in our bathroom. After further investigation we realized a pipe behind the wall was the cause of the leak. We put in an after hours call to Hi Tech and promptly got a call back that a tech would be out to see us. Jason W. came right away. He identified the problem as a broken maniblock and right away started making calls to find us parts after hours. In the matter of just 3-4 hours, Jason had identified the problem, got a new part and fixed the problem before any real damage could have occurred.   When I called early Friday to set up an appointment, the lady who answered the earliest they could get someone out would be Monday. That was fine with me. Little did I know that the plumber to come out Monday would be arriving before 9 a.m.! Talk about fast - I wasn't expecting such a quick appointment. When he showed up, he did the leak detection test in the main bathroom and further looking around. He deduced there wasn't a leak; the water was traveling along the top of the tub, to the side, where it ran down, then downward in a slight decline to the corner where mold was growing. He was very thorough in his research and review of the test so I felt confident in his results and deduction. Even though the unplugging of the toilet wasn't scheduled until Wednesday, he did it anyway that day. He was a very professional and nice man! The second guy that came out wasn't at the house for more than 30 minutes before he had the original cast iron sink taken out and the new sink and faucet put in but not pinned down or tied to the water line yet. He did his work very quickly and efficiently. He was very pleasant to talk to, as I asked questions about what he was doing (I'm curious as to how things operate). He told us that some parts were needed in order to finish completely installing the new sink, so he would leave to buy the parts but would come right back. He came back as he told us and went to work promptly in putting in the new parts. He was very thorough, as he checked everything before leaving, to make sure there weren't leaks and everything was working as it should. He even took the old cast iron sink and old faucet away! We are very happy with the service provided by Hi-Tech Plumbing and will definitely call them again should the need ariseshow more
