It was great! Lowell and his helper were friendly, punctual, informative, and even worked through lunch to finish quickly. We have used bob’s several times before and will continue to do so in the future.

They arrived on time and performed the work quickly and well. One of the drains was difficult because the screws holding the plate were ruined, but the technician was able to remove them and install new screws.

They did excellent work from beginning to end. They came by and gave an accurate quote, pointing out some relevant improvements we could make in the process, but not applying any pressure at all. They answered a lot of questions from me during the process! After deciding to go ahead they came and did the installation, which went fine. I really appreciated their professionalism - they were a real pleasure to work with. I would definitely hire them again.

It went great. They were fully booked when I called on Thursday, and thought they would have to come out on Monday. Bari in the office was so sweet and seemed very genuinely concerned when I told her what was wrong, and told me, if possible, she would squeeze me in today. They were able to, for which I am very grateful. The plumber came out, and cleaned some roots out of the sewer main. I had called another company to do it, and they came out twice, and were unable to find a clog, so the problem just got worse and worse. Everything is working exactly as it should after calling Bob's one time, and it was significantly lower priced than the other place. I am very satisfied as always, and will call again if I have more plumbing issues in the future. They really are the best ever. :)

The plumber was thorough, polite, and knowledgeable about his craft. One fixture was a custom size, and the purchasing agent for Bob's called as soon as she knew there would be a delay. To top it all off, the price was right! Cost below includes labor, inspection of gas line, and all parts.

I called Bob's Plumbing by mistake, and I am very happy that I did. I was told by two other plumbing companies that I would need to have the valve in the pipe behind my shower diverter replaced. One quoted me 1200.00 and the other quoted me 600.00. I thought that the cheaper quote was from Bob's, but when I called, they had no record of service at my address. I went ahead and scheduled the service because I was ready to get it replaced, and I could not remember the company that I had originally called.
I was told the plumber would be here between 8:00 and 12:00. He was here at 9:30 (right on time). I told him that I knew the valve would need to be replaced. After he looked at the diverter, and couldn't fix it due to the stripped valve, he came up with an alternate solution. He installed a new tub spout with the diverter that you pull up. It works perfectly, and only cost about 100.00. He could have easily done the more expensive job because he knew that was what I was expecting him to do. I really appreciate that he was able to come up with a creative solution and save me between 500 and 1100 dollars. I am very pleased with the service, and as a homeowner of an old home with various strange plumbing issues, I will be calling Bob's every time. They were really great! :)

Great experience. Called and asked if they could come out a day earlier since they had a cancellation. Cleared slow drain that was backing up and dug up and repaired water supply line in front yard. Fast and friendly service. Will use again if needed. A heck of a lot cheaper than another service that I used.
