They snaked the line all the way to the main and had me run lots of water to make sure it was flowing properly.

I hired Mr Rooter to address the issue of sewage backing up into our tubs and showers. Graham showed up and was very professional and talked me through every step of the process, especially I know nothing about plumbing and it's an old house. He ended up having to use a LOT of his snake to get the clog cleared (105ft!) but he got it done! He told us how to prevent this occurring again in the future. Very happy with my service!

They came out to clean our main line and in the process messed up our toilet. They said it was the toilet and nothing they did wrong, our toilet was a "bad toilet." Well, we have another plumber come out and remove the toilet from the floor. You'll never believe what they found. The last 20 inches of the commercial snake that he BROKE OFF IN MY TOILET!!! When he unintentionally went up the vent pipe and then tried to pull it back and redirect the it, the snake actually went toward the back of the toilet and ended up breaking off! I was standing there when the other plumber removed our toilet. He was shocked and said he can't believe that did not shatter our toilet. Now, are you tell me this guy from Mr. ROOTER had NO IDEA his snack was broken off when he left?? I thought he rushed out because he wanted to get off work being a Friday afternoon. Not at all, he rushed out to avoid what he knew just happened. Absolutely pathetic! This is not over.

It had to be done from the roof because of pipes and angles, etc. He just got up on the roof and did the job. Professional, effective, and efficient.

Very well, he did have to go in through the roof and the kitchen sink drain. He was punctual, kind, thorough and fast.

Great! The plug was removed and water was moving through the system. The technician was very prompt, friendly and wasted no time in fixing my problem. He was very thorough and made sure that I didn't have a clog in both the main pipes. I actually called the company and they were able to complete the work that very afternoon.

Excellent job. He had to fix the cable on his machine first so it took a little longer but I was in no hurry. He even taught me what I can do to help prevent pipe clogs in the future.
