I have used Stan’s Plumbing for the past 2 years and have been pleased each time. Today Victor unclogged bathroom sink. Price was as quoted. He cleaned the area when finished. I appreciate him!

Left us eight days last freeze without water. Looked at it on Wednesday and told us it would be the following Tuesday before they could start. A couple of temporary fixes would have gotten us to the repipe required, they left us with no water, no way to shower or even go to the bathroom and zero communication. Is a zero star review possible?

They replaced the water supply line to the toilet. But for some reason replaced the inside plumbing of the toilet without asking and I was charged for those parts and time. I was going to replace the toilet and didn’t need the inside parts replaced. They fixed the bathroom sink faucet by replacing the cartridges in both handles. We get the bill for $252, for the parts and labor and paid it. I go to check the work after they left and somehow they caused a leak under the sink and just left it. So I called them back out to see about the leak under the sink the next day. The technician came and said I would need a new faucet and to call them when I bought one. I go out buy a new faucet and call them back. They come to install the faucet and said my sink is too old and the center hole isn’t large enough for a new faucet. So they said I need to go buy a new sink. I spent my weekend replacing my sink and faucet myself. I just received a new bill for $178 in the mail for more parts and labor. That is crazy. I was afraid to call them back out to install the new stuff, who knows what they would charge or say I needed to go buy next.

I sold a 100 year old house and upon inspection needed some work done before closing. All the people at Stans Plumbing are superior. From Jolene who took my calls and answered my questions to Victor who came out to do the work. They took excellent care of a stressed out customer and did repairs neatly and quickly. The cost was far less than I expected. That doesn't happen very often! I would not hesitate to call them again and refer them to friends and family.

They took care of everything perfectly. I have had garbage disposals replaced and our hot water heater repaired. Once, they drove on my grass accidently and paid me $54.00 for the trouble even though my lawn guy fixed it for free. Nice, honest, and professional.

Company sent two men to replace water heater. We had a 50 gallon water heater. They replaced with a 40 gallon water heater to help "save us money". When we received the bill it was double what a neighbor across the street paid to have their water heater replaced with another 50 gallon tank. I was also not sent an itemized bill detailing all the charges. I made them aware of this and they still have not provided an itemized bill. I just really can't fathom how we were charged double for a smaller tank. I would not recommend their services as I feel we were completely ripped off.

This was sort of an emergency as I called at 11:45 am and they were able to be at the house at 2:30 p.m. No water leak found. Peace of mind restored.

The young man did a very good, neat job and got done remarkably quickly.  

My only problem with Stan's is that they didn't itemize their bill.  Now I can understand if, as a rule, they don't itemize, but when I called to ask for an itemized bill, mostly for the purpose of finding out how much the actual hot water heater cost, the guy who answered the phone couldn't have been ruder.  (I can't help but think that if my husband had called he would have taken a different tone.)  He announced that in 27 years he'd never itemized.  Okay.  I perform a service and don't itemize either.  But if someone asks me to, I'll be glad to break it down for them.  Mr. Stan's Plumbing wasn't about to.  Sooo he's lost a customer, one who's about to redo two bathrooms.

They did a bunch of work. They're good. They're clean, tidy and on time. They arrived when they said they would. With the job, he had to call in somebody else to help him. I didn't have to pay for the same guy. They explained what they were doing. I've used them a lot. I wouldn't go back to them if I didn't like their work.

Stan's did a very professional job. They arrived when they said they would and were finished a bit ahead of time. The price was very reasonable to the amount of work and for the future repairs it prevented.

We were very pleased with the service. They were able to come 2 days after we called. They were on time. They did the work in under the time they had estimated. They cleaned up nicely and demonstrated that it was working. We would definitely ask them to come back for future repairs.

My water meter was filling up with water. The city said the leak was on my side of the meter.  I envisioned big bucks for a repair and lots of digging involved.

I've used Stan's Plumbing in the past with excellent results, so I decided to take the plunge with a company I trusted.

I called on a Thursday hoping for a Friday repair, but made the appointment for Monday (which was fine as I had put off the repair for and extended period of time anyway).

On Monday, two men arrived at 1:20 and by 2:20, the job was done! The cost was only $202 which was much lower then my expectations. San's gets an A+ rating from me!
