Charles, the owner of the company personally came to inspect the apartment and did a very thorough check of the air quality, lead, asbestos and mold. We called him in to test for visible mold and he found that we had a bigger problem then what we originally called him in for. BOWERMAN CLEANING & RESTORATIONI brought Bowerman in after another company dropped the ball on our water mitigation problem. They (Bowerman) were prompt, super-polite and knowledgeable. They explained thoroughly what they were going to do, and what equipment would be needed (dehumidifiers, airmovers) and then they did exactly that. They kept in touch for the duration of the project, and finished exactly when they said they would, and the job was completely and professionally completed. We had to arrange a last minute mold inspection for a home we were purchasing in Westchester after leaks were discovered in the attic. First mold removal testing operation told us that we had a major mold problem and needed $37,000 in remediation. I called MSI for a second opinion. Joe was fantastic. Agreed that I was being ripped off. He explained why the first operation's testing wasn't even entirely legitimate. Nonetheless, there was mold in the basement. He did agree that needed remediation. $3800 later and my mold is gone in the basement. My husband's headaches are gone, my stuffy nose is gone, and my autistic son had a leap in improvement. Don't allow mold in your home to harm your life, but also don't overpay to get it removed.

Russell of RDC is as professional as it gets. We made an appointment, he called to confirm and showed up, and he did a thorough inspection of our basement. He's super knowledgeable AND super honest. He told me I don't need to install any fancy dehumidifiers; the two that I bought on Amazon should be good enough. He educated me about mold, made some long-term suggestions, and left without charging me a cent. I will definitely be using his services in future. Priceless to have found a professional who knows what he's doing and does not push for unnecessary work.

We needed some special accommodations made due to our health issues, and they were happy to work with us to accommodate. Our contractor, who is always picky about the quality of work done by others, was enthusiastic about the work they did. Last month, we had to have them back to deal with a new problem, and they were just as professional as before.

Very professional. They came in after we had water damage from a flood which was leaking for sine time. They diagnosed the problem and used special sensors and drying machines to remove the water and the damaged area that became hazardous. Sean and his guys were great. I hope I never need to deal with that again but I wouldn’t hesitate to hire again if needed.
